Is there a place in the body right now that's in pain or sore,
Congested?
What is calling for relief?
We're going to set the intention right now.

Keep that in your mind.
Having a strong intention before we start this process is extremely helpful and powerful.
In this meditation,
We will enter the chi field of all energy taught in the ancient Chinese Qigong practice.
This opens us to access the highest healing source,
The spirit,
And our intuitive spark in order to heal.
Close your eyes.
Sit comfortably but with your back straight if you can,
With feet on the floor connected to earth.
Relax your arms.
Listen to the sound of your breath going in and out of your nose.
Gently relax your chin.
Relax your shoulders.
Entire body relaxes.
Head touches sky.
Feet are connected to the earth.
Feel the top of your scalp reaching upwards to meet the blue sky.
Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the core of the earth.
Body relaxes.
Mind expands.
Feel the front and back sides of your body expanding in opposite directions all the way to the horizon.
Right and left sides of the body expanding to reach the horizon.
Your entire body expanding in all directions.
Going larger and larger till it fills the entire universe.
Be respectful and quiet.
Mind is clear.
Word is humble.
Observe the feelings and thoughts like images on a screen and let them pass.
Remain in the present moment.
Take space.
We have entered into the Qigong state,
Harmony of body,
Mind,
And spirit.
Our individual breath synchronized with the universal breath.
We have merged our energy fields and called down the universal Qi to assist in our individual healing.
Feel the healing energy of the universe,
Of spirit,
Holding you,
Supporting you,
Opening your intuitive wisdom for you to hear.
Go to the place in your body that is calling for attention.
Rest your attention there.
Just be aware.
Bending to bodily sensations and any other impressions that might surface.
Focusing now on receiving,
Not thinking,
Ask,
How can I take better care of my body?
Bending to the place in your body that is calling for attention.
Allowing what arises,
Trying not to think of answers,
Ask,
How can I love my body and myself more?
Bending to the place in your body that is calling for attention.
Let's re-engage with the universal space and the Qi energy.
Listening to your breath,
Being one with the sky,
The earth,
In all directions to the horizon,
Filling the entire universe,
Becoming as receptive as possible.
