Bringing awareness to the new.
Begin by finding a comfortable posture and by inviting your awareness towards the breath.
Take a few moments to let yourself arrive and allow the breath to draw you gently into internal awareness.
Allow the gaze to soften and if suitable for your surroundings the eyes to close.
Ask in the breath.
Allow the breath to reach through you and into the body,
Finding its way wherever it needs to go.
Open into the spaces.
Breathe.
As you explore softening into the newness of your experience.
Allowing each moment to open uniquely.
Feeling the freshness of presence blow through you like a warm spring breeze.
Coming home.
Coming home.
To the free full state of the now.
A moment so fleeting it is both here and gone.
Dissolving into the hum of emergence.
The living vibration of your body,
Breath and being.
Releasing yourself from monitoring.
Letting go of your breath.
Releasing yourself from monitoring.
Letting go.
Being the emergence.
Breathing in and through the vibration of life that you are.
Noticing any new decisions.
Noticing any new discoveries.
What is being born in this moment?

Noticing the narrative of your life as a song,
A dance.
A story.
Opening to the guidance of your own being.

Letting go.
Setting an intention perhaps for how you will choose to move forward from here today.
Seeing yourself following through on that intention.
Feeling the fulfilment that comes from living forward your most aligned intentions.
As you once again return to the sensations of sitting.
Opening to the sounds around you.
Biting a little movement into the fingers and toes.
And in your very own time opening your eyes.
