Part 7 and the final part of Kinetic Mindfulness,

The series,

Guided Meditation.

So find a comfortable place and then find your breath.

Inhaling,

Exhaling.

Exhaling from doingness to beingness.

Using the temperature of the inhale as well as the exhale.

Using your imagination,

Your image and action.

Right where you sit.

What do you notice around you?

What are you mindful of?

What sounds,

Smells,

Your body,

Your breath,

Life?

What are you mindful of right now?

What are you aware of?

Begin seeing yourself in your imagination getting up from where you are,

Stretching and walking outside.

If you're outside already,

See yourself walking to a certain area,

A parking lot or the street and a beautiful limousine of your favorite kind of automobile pulls up and the door opens and you're intuitively led to get in.

This is your ride.

So it has all of the comfort features and smoothness that you love at the level you love it.

And as you're enjoying the interior of the limousine,

The limousine is moving on down the road.

You're moving with it with a sense of faith and knowing that this is an adventure of goodness,

An adventure of creating greater in your life.

In order to create greater,

I've got to get up and move.

And so as the limousine moves,

You look out of the window and past the neighborhoods and freeways and you find yourself moving up into some beautiful mountains and winding roads that are just awesome.

The sight of the valleys all the way out to the ocean is just absolutely beautiful and breathtaking.

You feel a connection to nature.

And then before you know it,

You're in between trees on both sides.

Your favorite kind of trees,

They could be pine trees.

They could be palm trees.

They could be weeping willows,

Whatever it is for you.

See yourself there now driving,

I mean riding,

Take two.

See yourself there now riding in the back comfortably being chauffeured by life.

See yourself there now riding in the back comfortably being chauffeured by life.

See yourself there now riding in the back comfortably being chauffeured by life.

See yourself there now riding in the back comfortably being chauffeured by life.

See yourself there now riding in the back comfortably being chauffeured by life.

So as you're breathing and enjoying the ride,

You sense that the vehicle is beginning to slow and it pulls over.

You can hear the gravel under the tires and the door opens and you step out into this beautiful meadow.

Flowers and trees and the temperature that you like.

If you like snow,

Snow is there.

If you like heat,

Heat is there.

If you like rain,

Rain is there.

Get your own meadow right now.

Feel nature,

Feel nature,

Taste nature,

Know nature,

Be in nature now.

Can youina,

Youina.

You you you Looking around you begin to walk through the meadow There's a path that leads through flowers and down into the forest And so you're walking through the forest and there's the snap and crackle of the twigs below your feet They're the birds that are chirping everywhere the beautiful animals of the forest are very friendly and you know,

You can see deer here and there and owls and Eagles and just beautiful beautiful displays of nature's best and finest you you And now you've come to the edge of a creek It's not a stream.

It was a stream,

But now it's a creek.

It's not a river yet.

It's still a creek So this creek is running over rocks and it's turning left and it's turning right and you can see the white of the mist of the stream as it Take two You can see the difference in color of the water as it runs over the rocks And you just go over there and take off your shoes and put your feet in the water And you feel the temperature of that water and it moves through your body Beginning at your feet up through your ankles Feel the energy moving up through your shins and calves around your knees Up your thighs into your lower extremities Breathing it into your torso touching all of the organs and circulatory systems Into your shoulders and your arm.

Take two And you can feel the energy moving up through your ankles Into your shoulders and your fore- your arm.

Take two Into your shoulders and your biceps your elbows Your forearms your wrists your hands and your fingers Breathing up through your neck into your face your lips your teeth your tongue your nose Your ears your eyes and through the top of your head feel that energy moving through now And so you get up from here And you walk a little higher Where the flow of water is still beautiful,

But it's smaller.

It's not as big And you reach a place where the spring actually brings the water from the earth Underneath to the earth's surface where the flow begins And so you lay down next to the spring and you put your hands in the water And you take some of that water you just splash your face or rub your face with that water and feel that energy As it moves from the top of your head down through your face Down your neck your shoulders your arms your hands Breathing it moves down through your neck into your torso Breathing it moves down through your lower extremities through your legs And out through your feet feel that energy moving So.

David Phears is love. This series introduced me perfectly to my new life filled only with love, absolutely. Whenever I encounter anything else I will sprinkle some "Phearsome Love" and walk away. Highly recommend this series for anyone new to this wonderful world, free from the chains of the past, and headed only towards the Light.
