This meditation guides you through my FLOW method, a simple emotional processing practice to help you feel, name, observe and move through what’s present within you. Through breath, body awareness and compassionate self-connection, you’ll be invited to notice what you’re feeling without judgement, locate where it lives in your body and allow the emotion to shift in a way that feels safe and supportive. This practice is not about forcing yourself to let go. It’s about creating space to meet yourself, honour what’s there and return to yourself with care. A supportive meditation for moments when you feel emotionally full, overwhelmed, disconnected, numb or in need of a safe way to process what’s been sitting beneath the surface.
