This meditation will be for shifting your mind into a higher state of knowing how powerful you truly can be.
My name is Nura from Moses LaToy and I'll be guiding you through this meditation.
Please find a comfortable position,
May that be seated,
Cross legged in a chair or your bed.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes or have a low gaze.
Make sure you're comfortable,
Shoulders down,
Spine straight.
Let's take three deep,
Clear breaths together before we start.
Breathe into the belly,
Hold,
And out slowly through your nose.
Again,
Deep breath into the belly.
Last one,
Deep breath into your belly,
Full.
You can either repeat after me out loud for deeper connection,
Or repeat this quietly to yourself as you meditate.
I am prosperous.

I am kind.
I am a compassionate being.
I am wealthy and abundant.
I am a powerful being.
I am creative.
I am kind to myself.
I am loving to myself.
I love seeing myself succeed.
I love the God within me.
I am healthy as can be.
