When you're able to feel the affirmation in your body,
That's when it comes to fruition.
To feel is to be.
My name is Nura from Moments of Satori and I'll be guiding you through this meditation.
Please find a comfortable position,
May that be seated,
Cross-legged,
Or in your chair or bed.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes or have a low gaze.
And let's take three deep,
Clean breaths together.
Breathe deep into your belly,
Hold,
And out slowly through your nose.
Another deep breath into your belly,
Hold,
And out slowly through your nose.
Deep breath into the belly,
Hold,
And out slowly through your nose.
As you breathe,
Start to soften into your position,
Release the shoulders,
Relax the body,
And breathe into the belly.
You can either repeat these affirmations out loud for a deeper connection or repeat them quietly to yourself as you meditate.

I feel joyful.
I feel kind.
I feel like a compassionate being.
I feel wealthy and abundant.
