Welcome to this nervous system relaxation,
Deep guided sleep meditation.
I want you to take time to get comfortable in your bed.
Make sure your pillow is fluffed right,
Make sure your body is comfortable and gently close your eyes as we drift to sleep.
I want you to start to take a deep inhale into your belly and exhale it out.
Take another deep inhale into the belly and exhale it out.
Return back to your rhythmic breathing.
Start to notice your toes,
How are they feeling,
Just notice the sensation of your feet.
Gently guide yourself up your ankles,
Your shins,
Feel the sensation of your thighs.
How does your hips feel laying on the bed?
Move up to your abdomen,
Relax,
Let your nervous system know that this is a safe time for you to sleep,
For you to relax,
For you to melt and soften from your day.
Take a deep breath here if you're still at home,
Relaxing,
Deepening,
Softening into your bed,
Feel your shoulders rest,
They worked hard today,
Allow your neck to soften.
Allow your chin,
Your jaws to melt back,
Allow your face to rest,
Your eyebrows,
Your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Just rest and be.
As you drift into the dream world,
Know that you're safe exactly where you are,
Know that your nervous system is safe exactly where you are,
That you're able to rest and digest.
May this music guide you and drift you into places beyond your imagination,

May more love come to you,
