This is a guided meditation to connect to your current spirit animal. It is advanced practice - for beginners. During this meditation, once you’ve sat in the cave you can notice your surroundings and let your spirit animal come to you.

Hi,

This is Mona from Total Healing and Monas.

In this meditation we're going to go into the lower world,

The inner world.

The lower world is where there are animal spirits and where you can become one with the planet and become rooted there.

And you can go down there through the roots of a tree or down a cave or even an elevator.

And when you reach this cave you're going to see a whole world,

A complete different world that exists on the planet.

You will meet with your animal spirit and just let it appear.

You can call for your animal spirit silently.

And whenever you see it,

Connect with it.

Feel how it looks at you.

And our spirit animals change so you can do this meditation at different times to see where you are in life.

And your spirit animals guide you and they all have a special meaning.

You can lie down or sit and be as comfortable as possible.

Relax all of your muscles and completely release any tension.

So let yourself drift,

Close your eyes if you like and just relax.

Relax deeper and relax even deeper.

And just go down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down into the earth until you find this cave,

This beautiful cave.

And find a rock for yourself to sit down.

Relax deeper and relax even deeper.

Relax deeper and relax even deeper.

Relax deeper and relax even deeper.

Relax deeper and relax even deeper.

And if you're there in the animal spirit,

Look at yourself.

Look at what this animal is to you.

And if you like,

Run.

Run inside the animal spirit.

Feel the joints moving.

And now slowly come back to your own body very gently.

Start to retract your steps.

So come back from this magic cave,

Feeling your heart expanding from the power that the animal spirit gave you.

And when you're ready,

Only when you're ready,

Open your eyes and breathe gently.

Come back into your world.

And if you have a piece of paper,

Take some notes.

It'll help you later on to get back to it.
