Welcome.

I'm delighted that you've chosen to be here with me today.

My name is Monika and I feel truly honoured to guide you into this moment of stillness,

Peace and transformation.

Accompanied by the beautiful music Phrase of a Butterfly by Blossom Violet.

As you settle into this meditation,

I invite you to connect with the beauty and lightness that resides within you.

Just as the butterfly moves freely through the air.

Now find a position that feels best for you.

Allow your body to settle,

Feeling fully supported by the earth beneath you.

Gently close your eyes and begin to bring your awareness to your breath.

Take a deep breath in and exhale softly,

Letting go of any tension.

Take another deep,

Slow breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Release anything that no longer serves you.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation,

Into this moment of stillness.

Now,

Imagine yourself in a peaceful meadow.

The sun shines warmly above and you're surrounded by wildflowers and tall grasses,

Gently swaying in the breeze.

The air is fresh and you can hear the soft hum of nature's song all around you.

Feel your feet on the soft earth,

Grounding you,

While your body begins to feel lighter with each breath.

With every inhale,

You feel the breeze lifting you,

And with each exhale you release any heaviness.

Deep within,

You begin to sense a fluttering,

As though something beautiful is stirring.

With each breath,

You feel your wings to begin unfold,

Delicate,

Light and soft.

You are becoming the butterfly.

Feel your wings stretching further with each breath,

Growing more expansive,

More radiant.

As they open,

You feel lighter and freer,

Rising gently into the air.

With every breath,

Feel the wind beneath your wings,

Lifting you higher.

You float effortlessly,

Drifting from flower to flower,

Your movements soft and graceful.

You are free from any constraints,

Free to simply be.

As you glide through the air,

Notice how weightless you feel.

There is no struggle,

No effort,

Only lightness and ease.

Every movement is soft,

Flowing,

As if you are dancing with the wind itself.

Allow yourself to rise higher into the sky.

The warmth of the sun touches your wings,

Filling you with light and energy.

The breeze carries you gently as you float further and further,

Effortlessly gliding into the open air.

There is no rush,

No need to control,

Just trust in the current,

Trust in the flow.

Feel the sense of weightlessness growing with each breath as you rise,

Lighter and freer.

As the music gently fades,

Take one final deep breath in.

Feel the sense of lightness,

Freedom and peace filling your entire being.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Slowly returning to the present moment.
