During the first 30 minutes, you are guided into deep relaxation through body awareness, breath, and a soft inner focus that supports mental quiet and inner balance. As the guidance gradually fades, gentle sounds — rain stick, singing bowls, and soft chimes — take over. The soundscape then continues for approximately 8 hours, supporting deep, uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. You may listen at bedtime or whenever you need deep rest.
