What does the feeling of rejection feel like in your body right now? Perhaps there is a tightness in your chest or your throat. Recognizing that your body's reactions are valid. They are natural responses to your experience in this very moment. Allowing yourself to make space for these sensations to be here with you just as they are. Knowing that with time all sensations pass away and your awareness and stillness remains ever present and unchanging.

Welcome to this meditation session,

Allowing your body to settle into a comfortable position,

Letting your eyes softly and gently come to a close,

Acknowledging that you are not alone and feeling the sting of rejection,

It touches everyone at some point,

In this moment,

Allowing yourself to be here,

Right now,

Exactly as you are,

Feeling your breath flowing without effort,

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest with each breath,

Each breath is a reminder that you are here,

You are alive,

And you are complete,

Just as you are,

Allowing the flow of your breath to show you how life naturally moves without effort,

Allowing your awareness to settle on your body,

Resting in this moment,

Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort,

What does the feeling of rejection feel like in your body right now,

Perhaps there is a tightness in your chest or your throat,

Recognizing that your body's reactions are valid,

They are natural responses to your experience in this very moment,

Allowing yourself to make space for these sensations to be here with you,

Just as they are,

Knowing that with time,

All sensations pass away,

And your awareness and stillness remains ever-present and unchanging,

Allowing yourself to notice any emotions that are present right now,

Is there a feeling of sadness,

Or anger,

Or perhaps fear,

Whatever you feel,

Allowing these emotions to be present,

Just as they are,

In this moment,

Knowing that you are enough,

As you are,

In this moment,

Acknowledging that your feelings are a part of your human journey,

Observing them with compassion as they pass by,

Showing you that you are alive in this very moment,

Experiencing life fully,

Knowing that emotions are not permanent,

They always pass away,

And they do not define,

Noticing any thoughts that are here with you right now,

What stories does your mind create with these thoughts,

Understanding that thoughts naturally capture our attention and carry us away from this present moment,

But with kindness and compassion,

Allowing yourself to come back again and again,

To this moment,

Where you are enough,

Just as you are,

Learning to see thoughts as thoughts,

Allows us to create distance from their power,

Knowing that in this moment,

They are merely passing through our awareness,

Gently bringing your awareness back into the room,

Feeling your body resting in this very moment,

As you prepare to carry out the rest of your day,

Knowing that your true nature is complete and enough in every moment of life,

As you feel ready,

Gently allowing your eyes to open.
