Welcome to this meditation,
A journey toward happiness.
We're going to start with a breathing exercise,
Just to land here and now.
So breathe in through your nose.
Hold your breath.
And let it out.
Gonna do it two more times.
So breathe in through your nose.
Hold your breath.
And breathe out.
And the last time,
Breathe in through your nose.
Hold your breath.
And let it out.
I will now guide you through an experience.
Imagine you walk into a room and there are a lot of people there waiting for you.
Imagine you walk into a room and there are a lot of people there waiting for you.
When you enter the room,
They look up at you.
Some surprised and others already have a smile on their face.
A person that looks really familiar and that you really like shines a smile so bright at you that you actually get a bit surprised.
All of a sudden,
You start hearing applause from one end of the room and quite quickly,
The rest of the crowd just joins in.
They start shouting your name.
Something you have done or just a fact that you are being you have actually made these people so happy and so energized.
They beckon you into the room because they all want to be close to you.
You energize them.
You make them feel loved just by being there.
The applause gets stronger.
Everyone have big smiles on their faces.
And the smiles of happiness.
They got rosy cheeks from clapping their hands and jumping up and down.
You are immersed in their laughs and their cheer.
And it starts to send a jolt of happiness through your chest.
You look around you and you notice that everyone around you has a friendly face.
You can feel that they have very good intentions.
In fact,
You notice that everyone in the room are people you like and people who have supported you throughout your life.
Then the first person shows that they would really like to hug you and from feeling this intense feeling of happiness and cheer around you,
You can easily appreciate it.
Now one by one,
The people around you come to give you their warmest and most loving hugs.
They hug you so warmly,
So lovingly and you are immersed in their appreciation and love for you.
Once you feel so filled up by love and energy that you have a warm feeling in your body,
You start looking around you.
Everyone is still standing close to you and they are still happy.
You can also see that there is an open door going to a garden at the end of the room.
You are curious and you actually start walking towards the door and when you reach it,
You push it softly open.
You can see a mesmerising Japanese garden just in front of you.
It is filled with cherry blossoms,
Beautiful stones and miniature bonsai trees.
At the far end of the garden there is a tall waterfall and in the pond in front of the waterfall there are water lilies floating on the surface of the pond.
You stand there in front of the waterfall enjoying the stillness and the flow of energy.
At the same time you can also feel the energy inside you,
The energy from all the cheering,
All the applause and all the loving hugs.
You can also start to feel a smile playing at the corners of your mouth.
While you stand there,
Something gets close to you and you can feel the heat of someone's body against your back.
Someone you love has come to hold you and support you during your contemplations.
You can enjoy this,
Hearing the sound of the waterfall,
Closing your eyes,
Feeling the warmth of the body of the person you love,
Their arms that surround you.
Stay here in the contemplation for a little while.
