Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs with oxygen and then exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Repeat this a few more times until you feel calm and centered.

Now bring to mind an image that represents your masculine energy.

It could be a symbol,

A color,

Or anything that comes to mind.

Visualize this energy in your body and imagine it flowing through you,

Bringing strength,

Determination,

And a sense of power.

Allow yourself to connect with this energy,

Feel it within you,

And recognize its presence.

Next,

Bring to mind an image that represents your feminine energy.

This too could be a color,

Symbol,

Or anything else that resonates with you.

As you visualize this energy in your body,

Imagine it flowing through you,

Bringing comfort,

Compassion,

And intuition.

Allow yourself to connect with this energy,

Feel it within you,

And recognize its presence.

Take a moment to observe both of these energies in your body.

Notice how they feel,

What they look like,

And where they reside.

Then imagine both energies coming into balance with each other,

Flowing together in harmony.

Visualize one supporting the other like two sides of the same coin.

As you bring these energies into balance,

Start to notice the qualities that emerge within you.

Strength and softness,

Assertiveness and receptiveness,

Power and nurturing.

Allow yourself to feel the wholeness that comes with this balance,

Recognizing that both energies are an essential part of who you are.

Focus on your breath once again,

Imagining each inhale drawing in both energies,

The masculine and the feminine,

And each exhale releasing anything that is not serving you.

Repeat this for a few deep breaths,

Feeling a sense of peace and balance within.

Take a few moments to sit with this energy,

Nurturing it and feeling its potential.

Know that you can access this balance whenever you need it,

Whether in times of stress or in moments of joy.

Let this balance infuse into your whole being,

Permeating your thoughts,

Emotions and actions.

When you're ready,

Take a final deep breath in and let it go with an exhale,

Deeply through your mouth.

Open your eyes,
