Welcome to this guided meditation where we will explore the benefits of the three six nine method and how it can help you achieve deep relaxation and inner peace.

The three six nine method is a breathing technique rooted in ancient wisdom that harmonizes the mind body and spirit.

It involves inhaling for a count of three,

Holding the breath for a count of six,

And exhaling for a count of nine.

This simple yet profound technique stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system,

Promoting a sense of calmness,

Reducing anxiety,

And encouraging clear thinking.

Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and close your eyes.

Take a moment to relax and let go of any tension in your body.

Now let's begin by focusing on our breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Silently counting to three,

Hold your breath counting silently to six,

And exhale slowly through your mouth counting silently to nine.

Take another deep breath in,

Repeating this pattern.

Inhale for three counts,

Hold for six counts,

And exhale for nine counts.

As you inhale,

Imagine that you are filling your lungs with fresh revitalizing air.

As you hold your breath,

Feel the energy circulating within your body.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension,

Stress,

Or negativity,

Allowing it to dissolve away.

Continue with this breathing pattern,

Letting each breath become deeper and more expansive.

Fill your abdomen rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.

Notice the sensations of your breath,

The coolness as you inhale,

And the warmth as you exhale.

As you engage in this rhythmic cycle of breathing,

Feel a sense of calmness and tranquility washing over your entire body.

Picture yourself surrounded by a comforting,

Healing light that gently supports you throughout this meditation.

Now bring your attention to any areas of your body that may be holding tension or discomfort.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing that tension,

Allowing it to melt away.

Observe your body becoming softer,

More relaxed,

And at ease.

Continue to breathe deeply following the three,

Six,

Nine method.

And with each breath,

Let go of any worries,

Stress,

Or thoughts that may be lingering in your mind.

Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,

Embracing the stillness and quietness within.

As you tune in to your breath,

Notice the silence between each inhale and exhale.

In this space of silence,

Let go of any mental chatter or distractions.

Simply be in this moment of pure awareness,

Connected to the essence of your breath.

With each breath,

You are nourishing your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Feel a sense of harmony and balance spreading throughout your entire being.

Visualize yourself surrounded by an aura of tranquility and inner peace.

Take a few more moments to bask in this serene state of deep relaxation.

When you are ready to conclude this meditation,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing subtle movement back into your body.

Take a final deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhale slowly,

Letting go of any remaining tension.

As you open your eyes,

Carry this feeling of tranquility and centeredness within you into the rest of your day.

Remember that you can always return to this method of deep breathing whenever you need a moment of calm and restoration.

Ashe.
