Take your time to arrive here There is nothing you need to do,

Nothing you need to achieve Sleep is not a task Let the body find its position Notice where the body is supported The bed The mattress The weight underneath you You are not holding yourself up right now Something else is holding you Allow the eyes to close gently Or let them soften Without forcing them to shout Notice the breath The breath Not to change it Not to guide it Just to notice that breathing is already happening Life is breathing you If the mind is active,

It's totally ok If the body feels restless,

That's also ok Nothing here needs to be different This is a place where effort is no longer required Tonight we are not trying to get rid of anything We are allowing what is already here to be met If there is fear in the body,

Let it be here without explanation If there is guilt,

Self-blame,

Regret or a sense of having done something wrong You don't need to replay the story Just notice where it lives in the body Maybe in the chest The stomach The throat You don't need to name it correctly You don't need to understand it Simply notice This is how my system feels right now And instead of pushing it away See if you can allow it to be held by the bed beneath you Fear does not need to disappear It needs to be met Guilt does not need to be fixed It needs permission to soften You are not broken for feeling this way You are human Imagine now that you are no longer inside these feelings But that they are resting within a large space A space that is calm You don't need to create this space It is already here Notice the difference between having a feeling and being the feeling You are not fear Fear is a movement passing through you You are not guilt Guilt is a sensation that learned to protect you once You are the one who notices And the one who notices is already safe enough to observe Let the body sink a little deeper now As if gravity is doing more of the work for you There is nothing you need to hold together tonight No one you need to be for a while If the mind tries to solve or plan or replay You don't need to stop it Just let it float Like a cloud passing across a white sky The sky does not chase the cloud away It simply remains Now imagine a place inside you That is neither heavy nor light A neutral space Still Still Here nothing is wrong Nothing needs improvement You may feel a sense of neutrality Or simply less effort This is the nervous system remembering That it does not need to stay alert You may notice the breath becoming slower Or not Both are fine Sleep does not arrive because we force it Sleep arrives when vigilance dissolves And right now nothing is required of you Without trying to feel anything special Allow the possibility of softness Just softness Not excitement,

Not happiness Just softness A gentle warmth in the chest Or a sense of ease in the belly Or a quiet openness around the heart You don't need to generate love Love is what remains when tension loosens Acceptance is not a decision It is the absence of resistance Let the body be as it is Let the mind come and go You are allowed to rest without earning it You are allowed to sleep without understanding everything Nothing is missing in you right now From here words become less necessary The body knows what to do If thoughts come,

Let them pass If images appear,

Let them fade You are moving into a place where guidance is no longer needed You are safe enough to drift Held enough to let go From this point on,

There is nothing more to follow You may fall asleep now or later Both are perfect You don't need to repeat these words out loud Let them run gently like warm water I am willing to meet myself as I am I do not need to be different to be worthy I allow my body to be human I allow my heart to be soft Even if parts of me feel tired or heavy or uncertain I choose kindness toward myself I am learning that self-acceptance is not giving up It is coming home I forgive myself for the times I believed I was not enough I forgive my body for the ways it tried to protect me It is safe for me to rest It is safe for me to stop trying I release the need to judge my thoughts I release the need to control my feelings I am allowed to take up space just as I am I choose to speak to myself with gentleness and respect I am open to treating myself the way I would treat someone I love I do not need to earn love Love is my natural state I accept my past without needing to relive it I accept this moment without needing to fix it I am willing to believe that I am already enough Even if I don't fully believe it yet I am open to the possibility My body knows how to relax My heart knows how to soften I trust myself more than I did before And that is enough for now I allow compassion to move through me I allow ease to find me I am safe to be myself I am safe to rest in who I am Let these words continue working without effort Nothing more is required of you Rest now If you are waking now,

Welcome back gently Nothing needs to be rushed Nothing needs to be judged Carry this softness with you as you return
