Welcome,

Dear one.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying on your back.

Arms slightly away from the body.

Allow your feet to fall gently outward.

Let your head rest easily,

Your jaw soft,

Your breath natural.

Close your eyes.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Holding you completely.

You are safe here.

You don't need to do anything,

Fix anything or become anything.

This is your time to simply be.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth,

Releasing everything you carry today.

Again,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

Letting go.

Allow your breath now to find its own peaceful rhythm.

Now bring your attention gently to the right hand.

Index finger,

Middle finger and little finger.

Palm of the right hand,

Back of the hand,

Elbow,

Side of the chest,

Right waist,

Top of the foot.

Right big toe,

Third.

Shift your attention to the left side.

Left thumb,

Index finger,

Middle,

Little finger.

Now to the back of the body,

To the front of the body,

Chin,

Chest.

Feel the entire body from head to toes,

Glowing softly with awareness.

Bring your awareness to the natural flow of your breath.

No need to change it,

Just notice.

The rise and fall of your chest.

Each breath is a whisper of love moving through you.

Imagine your breath like a golden light flowing in with calm.

With every exhale,

Sink deeper into stillness.

With every inhale,

Invite a feeling of kindness toward yourself.

Now bring to mind a heartfelt intention.

Repeat silently.

I am worthy of love.

I rest in kindness toward myself.

I am whole exactly as I am.

I am worthy of love.

Let it sink into the heart like a seed in fertile soil.

Now imagine yourself walking along a soft path at sunset.

The air is warm and golden.

Each step feels effortless.

Birds sing in the distance.

You arrive at a secret garden,

Colors shimmer.

Pinks,

Golds,

Lilacs,

Soft whites.

A gentle fragrance fills the air.

Sweet,

Pure.

In the center of the garden you see a pool of crystal clear water.

You kneel beside it and look into the reflection.

You see yourself not as you think you should be,

But as you truly are.

Radiant,

Kind,

Wise and full of love.

As you gaze into your reflection,

A feeling of tenderness fills your chest.

Your heart expands.

And a warm light begins to glow there.

Spreading through your body,

To your shoulders.

You are bathed in a golden pink light of love.

It whispers,

You are loved.

You are safe to rest.

Rest in this feeling.

Let it fill every cell.

Let it wash away old stories of doubt,

Guilt or fear.

Here,

In this sacred garden,

Only love exists.

And whisper to yourself.

May I be kind to myself.

May I rest in love.

There is nothing more to do.

Nothing to think about.

Just floating in the softness of your own heart.

If sleep wants to come,

Let it come.

You are safe to let go.

The earth holds you.

Your breath rocks you gently,

Like waves on a quiet sea.
