Sleep meditation,

Let go of thoughts and feelings.

Make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes.

Where are your thoughts here and now?

What feelings and emotions do these thoughts bring?

Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly dropping your shoulders.

Inhale through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Inhale again,

Your belly is rising up.

And slowly exhale through your mouth,

Relaxing your belly.

Repeat several times.

Feel how all your thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions going away.

You feel calm,

Relaxed.

Your breathing is slow.

You are the most important person in your life.

What you feel and think are the most important things.

They create your life here and now.

They create your future.

By changing your thoughts and feelings in the present moment,

Your future changes.

Breathing,

Relaxation,

Tranquility.

All thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions are going away.

It's only you and the universe.

You are the center of your life.

Feel relaxation in your legs,

As if they are melting like butter melts under the sun.

Your body relaxes.

Your hands relax,

They become soft like soft and warm dough.

Your scalp softens.

Your face relaxes,

As if you are removing a mask from your face.

All the micromuscles of your face are completely relaxed.

You feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Now I would like to offer you a small test.

Self-reflection.

There are no right answers or right interpretations,

But only an intuitive feeling.

The first thing that comes to your mind is what we need.

This information comes from your unconscious.

It has not yet passed through your rational.

Therefore pay attention to the first impulse or thoughts that come to you.

So if you were a tree,

What kind of tree would you be?

Turn on your imagination and see that tree.

Is it tall or short,

With a white crown or small buds that are just about to bloom?

Is it a young or mature tree?

What kind of roots does it have?

Is it deep-rooted or not yet?

Where does this tree grow?

In the middle of a forest or standing alone?

Or trying to grow on top of a mountain or somewhere else?

How does this tree feel?

The way your tree feels is how you feel about yourself in society or in life in general.

If you saw yourself in a dense forest,

Then perhaps you love close relationships and there are always a lot of people around you.

If you are a lonely tree,

Does this reflect that you feel lonely sometimes or do you feel that there is a lot on your shoulders and there is no help from others?

A long crown reflects your energy level.

Extensive crown might describe you as a person with lots of energy and enthusiasm.

Bare tree might tell that you often feel unwell.

Roots mean a connection with your family where you came from,

Or it could be a connection with your deep unconscious.

What kind of connection is this,

Strong or not established yet?

Try to feel what your tree truly wants here and now.

What it misses.

And now imagine that your tree got everything what it dreamed of.

See a picture of this tree,

Which is you,

Getting everything it wanted.

You are a beautiful tree,

The best of its kind.

You are worthy and very special.

Your universe,

God,

Life,

Love you.

Your life is very meaningful and important.

It was a small test,

I hope you felt a resonance with this tree.

Slowly breathe in and very slowly breathe out.

Happiness.

Joy.

Satisfaction.

Success.

Confidence.

Dreams.

Strength.

Beauty.

Health.

Intuition.

Worthy.

I love and value myself.

I am happy and joyful.

I am grateful for everything.

All my dreams come true.

I have everything I need.

I am rich and prosperous.

I am healthy.

I am creative and talented.

I live in harmony.

I have a happy,

Healthy family.

I am smart and successful.

I trust the world.

All the doors are open for me.

I am what I want to be.

I let go of all thoughts and emotions.

You are love and light.

This world needs you so much.

You are very special.

All your dreams come true.

You are in a safe place.

All changes are new opportunities.

You are growing.

You are an accomplished person.

You are so lucky to live your life.

Everything goes for your good.

You are falling into a calm,

Deep,

Uninterrupted sleep.

All your thoughts fly away.

It's only you.

You are in warm and tender hands of the universe.

Oh God.

They love you very much.

You are their most precious child.

Everything is gonna be alright.

Life is beautiful and full of new opportunities.

Everything works out for you.

You have already got everything you need to get where you want to be.

Tomorrow morning you will wake up full of energy and confidence in yourself and your life.

It will be a happy bright day full of love and success.

With each count you will be relaxing deeper and deeper.
