To begin,
Bring your loving awareness to your breath.
Do not try to change or modify your breath in any way.
Just breathe in and out in whatever way is natural and easy for you.
You might notice how the breath makes your belly rise and fall.
Or how the breath feels as you breathe in through your nose and out again.
It just feels so easy and effortless to breathe in and out in this beautiful,
Smooth rhythm.
And as you continue to gently breathe in and out,
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
You might notice that within your heart there is a beautiful,
Small flame glowing warmly and brightly.
As you continue to focus on this beautiful flame within your heart,
Bring to mind someone or something that you love unconditionally.
This might be a child,
A beloved pet,
An angel,
Or something else.
Allow the feeling of unconditional love to fill your heart.
Notice as it fills your heart that the flame within your heart starts to grow.
This is because love always wants to expand.
Allow yourself to feel this love growing within your heart until it overflows out into your body,
Filling every fiber and cell and all the spaces between the cells with pure,
Unconditional love.
You feel the love expanding now beyond your body into the room you are resting in.
Love fills every space and crevice in the room with its warm,
Glowing light until the room pulses with love.
Your love radiates out of the room and into the city or town that you live in.
It fills and permeates every being,
Structure,
And space within its warm,
Loving embrace.
And you feel your love expanding even more now until it covers and fills the entire earth.
Your love flows in and through every creature in place on the planet.
You may have a special affinity for certain animals or places,
Such as the ocean,
Dolphins,
Sea turtles,
And whales.
Or it might be the rainforest with monkeys,
Leopards,
And frogs.
Or perhaps it's the mountains with meadows,
Bear,
Deer,
Mountain lions,
And more.
Allow your love to flow through all the animals and all of these special places.
Allow your love to flow out to all the waters on the planet,
Healing the rivers,
Estuaries,
Ponds,
Lakes,
And oceans.
Your love reaches up to the sky,
Filling the air,
And all the birds,
Including the eagle,
Hawk,
Raven,
Songbirds,
And more with pure love.
You feel your love stretching and growing even more.
Your love pulses out into the universe in huge waves,
Expanding through and past all the stars and planets,
Through all dimensions of time and space.
It keeps expanding more and more until suddenly it bursts beyond the universe into a beautiful,
Peaceful void.
A void that is empty of everything but source and love.
Here there is only pure,
Divine consciousness.
Here you are one with love again,
One with all that is.
Allow yourself to bask in the loving oneness of source and all that is.
And now allow your love to flow like a returning wave back through the universe,
Through all dimensions of time and space,
Past all the planets and stars.
You might even pass a friendly light being on the way back.
Send them a beam of love as you continue to slowly flow your way back to earth,
Back into your city or town,
Back into your room,
Back into your body,
And gently,
Softly flowing back into your heart center.
For a moment allow your heart to simply glow with the power and beauty of this love.
You have now experienced the unlimited expansiveness of love.
Consider taking a moment throughout your day and your travels to expand love to the people you meet,
The places you go,
And the experiences you encounter.
Love seeks only to expand and to create more and more love.
Now slowly become aware of your breath again.
You might even wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch a bit.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes and enjoy a day filled with ever-expanding love.
