Close your eyes and start to be aware of your breath,
Focusing on your breathing.
With each exhale,
You're letting go of the day,
The week,
The month,
Even a little bit of the years.
Every exhalation is a release,
A letting go,
A healthy detaching from what no longer serves you.
With your next inhalation,
Make it a little deeper,
A full,
Entire inhalation,
And then again with the next exhale,
Release.
We're releasing tension in our physical bodies as well as our energetic bodies,
And especially during a meditation like this,
We can consciously release even more.
And with your next inhale,
Remember that with each in-breath,
You take in divine life force energy,
The energy that surrounds us,
That nourishes nature,
Animals,
All living things.
And this divine life force energy enters your body with your breath,
And penetrates and permeates into each cell,
Each nook and cranny of your physical self,
As well as expanding into your auric layers.
It also refreshes and rejuvenates your energetic self.
Just absorb,
Feel this life enhancing,
Juicing up almost of your energy,
And with your next exhale,
Visualize all the breath leaving your lungs,
Your body,
Taking away all toxic negative energy from every nook and cranny of the physical and every auric layer,
Just following your breath cycle with this mindful and conscious intent,
The intention of inhaling the lightest and brightest healing air frequency around you,
Letting it spread through your body,
And then expelling it out fully and completely,
All the lower energies that are being expressed out of you are being fully transformed into nothingness in the air around you,
And just following a few more cycles of your breath,
The rhythm of your inhales,
The rhythm of your exhales.
Now,
Your guardian angel has come to stand in front of you,
They're carrying a huge golden ball of energy,
It's enormous,
As big as a truck tire,
Or even larger,
As they hold it above your head and slowly start to lower it down over your higher chakras in your auric field,
It's cleansing,
Balancing,
And aligning,
As the golden ball passes down over your head,
Past your forehead,
Face,
Back of your head,
Going deep into your ears to balance and soothe over your neck,
This golden energy is penetrating deep,
Deep inside your core to align,
Cleanse,
And refresh it's also cleaning,
Cleansing within your auric fields,
Removing all auric debris and other people's energy from your aura,
From your personal space as this golden ball continues to sink lower over your shoulders,
Relaxing your collarbone,
Your shoulder blades,
Soothing your lungs,
Your heart as it sinks lower into your diaphragm,
Your stomach,
Middle back,
Lower back,
At the same time passing over your arms,
Elbows,
Forearms,
Down your fingers through your intestines,
Your pelvis,
Your tailbone,
It is cleansing and saturating you with a divine healing,
Recharging energy as the golden ball sinks lower over your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves and shins,
Down your ankles into your feet this golden ball has gone through your entire physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual fields,
Clearing away auric debris,
Clearing away energy that is not our own leaving yourself rejuvenated,
Realigned,
And recharged as the golden ball sinks down into the earth,
Ready to be transmuted by mother earth,
We thank her and your guardian angel for helping with this now putting your attention to your mind's eye,
See that you are in a garden wherever you sit or lie you are surrounded by beautiful flowers,
A riot of colors,
Types,
Fragrances,
They all surround where you sit look around you in your mind's eye,
Look at where you are sitting,
Are you on a piece of furniture,
Or right in the flowerbed on the earth this is what your higher self is showing you right now,
Now while the flowers surround you,
You see there is a white path right in front of you it's a white,
Natural,
Winding path that meanders through this beautiful garden of fully blooming flowers and as you sit there nestled within these bushes,
Vines,
And stalks,
Sitting there relaxed within the supporting energy of nature you may start to notice light beings,
Light etheric beings coming towards you down this path these are your own light beings from your own energy field,
And they are part of your guardian divinity team there may be one,
There may be many,
Whoever comes is just right for you right now as your higher self invites your own benevolent team to help you at this moment as they arrive,
Standing very close to you,
Do you feel a shift in the air around you?
Feel a sensation,
Experience a knowing,
A visual,
Whatever you sense,
You can trust they are here for you now as they stand or sit comfortably around you,
We ask your higher self to show you or make you aware of where in your energy,
If you were to look down at yourself,
Fear blobs of energy remember that fear is just an energy,
And energy can be changed,
These blobs may look like black sludge,
Or dark smoke,
Or red spots,
Or an imprint like a heavy blanket or is it a little child self,
A little version of you from childhood,
Hiding within your energy that little inner child that may be hanging on to an old trauma,
An old belief system,
An old fear,
Fears of being unsafe,
Fears of being trapped fears of having no power,
No authority or autonomy,
This little child self may be cowering in a chakra,
Or just hiding behind you whatever impressions you receive is individual to you,
Just observe,
And you will know based on your intuitive notch now looking down,
Take a scan,
Ask your higher self to also show your backside of your body and aura particularly behind the kidney area,
You are looking with your minds eye,
Which can see 360 degrees around you your awareness of what is there allows you the power to transmute it,
As we now call in your personal highest clearing fire dragon as he whooshes in,
We ask him to burn away all these blobs,

The field,
It's pulling out and transmuting what's no longer serving your belief systems pulling out energy imprints holding a belief system in place,
The amethyst acts as a magnet,
Pulling out fearful beliefs about yourself,
About what can happen,
About what might happen about family,
The amethyst is pulling it deep into the earth,
Magnetizing all the fears that have been held for so long,
Pulling them into the earth for transmutation and above you now,
Are the highest angels of confidence,

High above you,
But close enough that you feel it's radiance,
It's energy this slab of stone contains within it calcite,

Clear quartz,
Aventurine,
It may seem like a jumble of colors,
But it's representing as a pure,
Pure white with the highest frequency and highest vibration,
Containing these qualities of confidence,
Courage,
And belief in oneself,
Also belief in the universe,
Belief in your spiritual team always supporting you the angels always say,
If humans could ignore the judgment,
Criticism of others,
You would truly believe your possibilities and potentials are limitless so this top slab of crystal is infusing you with these qualities,
These frequencies,
Allowing this to penetrate into the spaces that the amethyst has pulled out and now,
With the top slab moved away,
The amethyst sunk back into the earth,
You are still sitting within this beautiful garden,
This riot of colors,
Flowers,
Fragrances as your guardian angel comes forward once more,
And you and they,
And the rest of your team that has come forward,
Stand up,
Taking your hands,
Leading you a little deeper,
Deeper into the flowers you're following a natural dirt path within the garden,
It's a full and flowing garden,
Yet you can walk through easily,
As if the branches and leaves part to let you through and as you go more into the depth and center of this beautiful garden,
You soon see a mighty oak tree standing there,
It is massive,
If you were to try to hug it,
Your hands could not touch each other it has been there for eons,
Into this huge and massive trunk is a built in ladder,
It's like it's carved into the very body of the tree and you,
With your guardian angel right below,
Start to climb the ladder,
It's reaching towards the upper branches,
Where you see a multi-level tree house with many different doors,
All in different levels,
On different branches,
You can't quite see the full depth of this house at this moment,
But you do see sitting within the tree in various branches are your spiritual helpers,
Waiting,
Ready and willing to help you during this journey,
But also in daily life and your guardian angel beneath you on the ladder nudges you in the direction of one particular door,
This door can be opened today,
Behind this door is a fear,
A fear that can be faced today they want to bring it into your awareness,
As facing it helps to release it so now with your guardian angel beside you,
You both stand on this branch in front of this door,
Know as you open this door,
Behind that door it will open into a fear that is personal to you with your courage,
Open this door now,
And there,
One of your biggest fears stands there,
Either as a person,
An energy,
A circumstance,
A worry,
An experience,
A situation or an object whatever is there is ready to be faced and released,
Face whatever is there and in your head or out loud,
Calmly say no you may yell it if you feel like it,
You may say no,
You cannot hurt me,
This thing cannot hurt me,
Not now,
And not in the future the past is done,
And it will not be recreated,
I do not allow it,
And I have that power to declare this with sureness absolute certainty,
And now walk through this door,
Through that person,
That energy,
Or the situation walk right through it as if it's made of air,
For it is fears and energy,
You're walking straight through it,
And say in your mind or out loud,
You have no power over me you have no power over me,
You have no power over me,
I command you out of my energy,
Out of my space and with your hands,
Push what's there out of the door and to the ground below where there stands a pit with flames of transmutation you can watch it burn with satisfaction,
Or simply turn your back,
Knowing that your power is stronger than any fear and what's now coming down this hallway,
What now becomes visible within this empty hallway behind the door,
Are your potential and possibilities and opportunities coming on your path without this fear in the way just observe what's coming with freedom and expansive joy and now behind you,
That doorway is burned away,
Vanished in the air,
That person,
Circumstance,
Whatever caused that fear,
Gone,
Burned away and gone and you continue walking down this branch,
Easily,
It's ancient and wide,
Going down to a branch on the other side where there's a glowing golden light as you step out off the branch onto a golden cloud and a winged being comes forward,
This is individual to you,
It could be an angel,
Or a dragon,
Or a type of bird,
An insect or a creature from mythology,
They land on the cloud you stand on,
They invite you to step on their back or take their hand and then you both take off,
Lifting high,
High into the sky into the blue sky,
Lit by the warm glow of the sun,
You're both soaring freely throughout the sky,
You with your winged being,
Your other guardians flying nearby and now take a look down,
Look down on the ground,
Where that tree is,
Where the fear you just faced and walked through was,
Can you even see it?
Or from this perspective,
Is it only a speck on the ground beneath you?
Does it have any power over you now?
It never had power over you,
If you do not allow it control over you,
It has no power from this perspective,
Many things feel trivial and less important,
But as we are in the human experience,
We must return to earth now to continue our journey as you and your winged being start in the direction back to the garden,
Back down,
Down to mother earth,
Down to the garden where you started from as you both land gently,
Where you dismount or let go of your hands,
We thank your winged being for showing you that higher perspective as they take off once again and you yourself are sitting amidst the flowers again,
In the garden,
Has anything changed?
Is there even more flowers?
Less?
Just sitting amongst this beauty,
This natural perfection and take a deep inhalation and release a full exhalation your energy is now full of courage,
Confidence,
Of trust,
Faith,
Peace and inner freedom you have been filled with these frequencies today,
These qualities,
You may sense the energy,
See different colors in yourself,
Or just feel tingles or ripples you may even sense symbols that are personal to you falling within you,
Into your energy centers you have been refilled with all these divine qualities that may have been diminished from life circumstances just feel and soak up this beautiful light energy as you glow and shimmer from inside out and now your guardian angel comes forward once again,
Standing in front of you,
And is showing you now how you can place your own energetic protection around yourself direct your attention to your solar plexus at your stomach area,
From there a stream of golden energy is ready to flow out with your intention,
Push it out of your solar plexus,
Allow it to come out like a blooming flower,
As it extends forward and then back on itself like a golden bubble expanding over you completely the front,
The back,
Top and sides,
This golden bubble is blooming out of your solar plexus,
It's strong,
It's impenetrable,
This is your personal protection and confidence in self just stay here a moment,
Breathing a few times,
A few cycles,
You only need one layer,
And your guardian angel reinforces it by standing at your back,
The back of your solar plexus placing their energy there,
Near your kidneys,
Your middle back,
Like a spiritual closing you are safe,
You are free,
You are powerful,
And you are protected and once more,
Placing your focus on your breathing,
Secure the knowledge that you are always protected,
Always supported,
Loved,
Guided,
And grounded and grounding you into the focus of the present moment,
Here and now,
By placing your attention on your physical body,
How it's feeling,
How your breath is moving you may want to wiggle some fingers or toes,
Or you may enjoy just the softness of your physical body,
As you become aware of the room around you,
