My name is Natalie and I am so honored and grateful that you are joining me today for this heart expansion meditation.
Today we will open our heart to receive and give love.
Settle into a comfortable position,
Whether you prefer to be seated or lying down.
Close your eyes and inhale through the nose,
Filling up your chest and belly with air.
And exhale through the mouth.
Sigh everything out.
Inhale through the nose.
And exhale.
Sigh it out.
Let your shoulders be soft.
Let's do this for a couple more rounds.
And let's try to make our exhale a little longer than our inhale.
So softly count on the inhale.
And add one more second on the exhale.
Continue to do so on your own rhythm.
And feel how your chest is softening.
Now I want to invite you to place your right hand over your heart.
And place your left hand over your solar plexus,
Just above your belly button.
And continue to breathe gently,
Feeling your heart rise with every inhale.
And imagine expanding with every exhale.
And now start imagining your prana,
Your life force energy,
Your breath,
As a warm pink light filling your chest every time you inhale.
And now visualize this light growing,
Radiating outward in soft waves.
And each inhale draws love in.
And each exhale sends love outward.
You're breathing in love.
And you're exhaling love outward.
And feel your heart opening fully.
Receptive and empowered.
And now repeat silently or out loud.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of love.
I receive love with an open heart.
I receive love with an open heart.
I give love freely and joyfully.
I give love freely and joyfully.
And take a few deeper breaths.
And gently remove your hand from your heart and your solar plexus.
And gently start wiggling your fingers and your toes.
And gently open your eyes when you're ready.
And now carry this heart energy into your day.
And now return any time you wish to feel the expansiveness of your love.
