You'll learn how to attract positive energy while relaxing your heart, all while your body finds deep relaxation. It's the perfect blend of self-love and tranquility. If you happen to have a green opal nearby, feel free to place it within your reach for this session. And for those without a green opal at hand, no need to worry, the energy from the green opal I held while recording will be channeling to you.

Welcome to this guided yoga nidra session,

A powerful practice of conscious relaxation that leads you to deep inner peace while maintaining full awareness.

In today's session we'll explore a journey through your body and mind and set a powerful intention known as Sankalpa.

Your Sankalpa is a positive affirmation that aligns with your deepest desires and helps manifest them in your life.

Today we'll focus on the energy of the green opal,

Symbolizing abundance,

An open heart and the ability to attract and receive blessings.

Before we begin let's take a moment to set your Sankalpa.

If you're looking for some inspiration here are some possible Sankalpas or affirmations.

I am open to receiving abundance and blessings in all aspects of my life.

My heart is a magnet for love,

Positivity and well-being.

I attract prosperity effortlessly and it flows abundantly into my life.

I radiate love and it returns to me in the form of compliments and kindness.

I am in perfect health and my body and mind are in harmony.

Choose a Sankalpa that resonates with you or feel free to follow your own.

Now repeat your chosen Sankalpa three times in your head.

Now let's begin this yoga nidra practice.

Find a comfortable position lying on your back,

Arms by your side and your palms are facing up.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Breathing all the way in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Let everything go and as you're lying there let us embark on a body scan journey and let my voice be your guide.

Begin with focusing on your right hand's thumb.

Feel a deep sense of relaxation spreading like a warm soothing wave.

Visualize a radiant green opal around your thumb.

Infusing it with abundance and openness.

Allow your thumb to fully relax.

Now move your attention to your right index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger and pinky.

Let each finger become softer and release every tension.

The green opal enhances the energy making it easier for you to receive love and compliments.

Proceed to your right wrist,

Forearm and elbow.

Release all stress and fatigue allowing the green opal to assist you in attracting abundance.

As you focus on those areas feel them becoming warm and relaxed.

Now move your attention all the way up to your right shoulder.

Feel a sense of weight and warmth grounding yourself and let the green opal open your heart to abundant blessings.

Shift your attention to your right side,

Your right hip and your right thigh.

Feel the relaxation spreading and visualize the green opal enhancing your capacity to attract prosperity and wealth.

Continue all the way to your right knee and your right lower leg.

Release all tension and worries.

Visualize a green opal radiating and enhancing your health.

Now let your attention rise to your right ankle and your right foot.

Feel how they become lighter and freer,

Supported by the power of green opal.

The relaxation and warmth continues to flow to your entire right leg and foot.

Now transition to your left hand's thumb.

Feel how it is getting more and more relaxed,

How it is becoming warm,

Just as your right thumb.

And imagine a radiant green opal light attracting abundance and openness.

Now move your awareness to your left finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger and pinky.

Let each finger become softer and release all tension.

Visualize the green opal enhancing their energy,

Making it easier for you to receive love and compliments.

Proceed to your left wrist,

Forearm and elbow.

Allow the green opal to assist you in attracting abundance.

Shift your attention to your left shoulder.

Continue to your left side,

Your left hip and your left thigh.

Feel the relaxation spreading and visualize the green opal enhancing your capacity to attract prosperity and wealth.

Now focus on your left knee and your left lower leg.

Release all energies and worries.

Visualize the green opal radiating and enhancing your health.

Let your attention rise to your left ankle and your left foot.

Feel them becoming lighter and freer,

Just as your right side did,

Supported by the power of the green opal.

The relaxation and warmth continues to flow through your entire left leg and the right foot.

Now move your awareness to your abdomen,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your breath,

Embracing your core.

Shift your focus now to your chest area,

Where your heart is beating.

Allow the green opal to open your heart further,

Inviting in love and blessings.

Move your awareness to your neck and your throat.

Relax all those muscles.

Visualize how you are now able to express yourself more freely and receive positive communication.

Shift your attention to your face.

Start with your eyes.

Feel the muscles around your eyes relaxing.

Release any tension they may hold.

As you do,

Envision the green opal gentle touching the skin around your eyes and bringing a soothing coolness that relaxes and rejuvenates.

Now bring your awareness to your cheeks.

Let them soften and relax,

Allowing any tightness to dissolve.

Visualize the green opal's energy infusing your cheeks and creating a sense of calm and radiance.

Now bring your awareness to your nose.

Feel the natural rhythm of your breath as it flows in and out,

Calming your entire nasal area.

The green opal's energy envelops your nose,

Promoting clarity and easiness to breathe.

Now shift your awareness to your ears.

Allow any lingering sounds or noises to become distant.

Feel how your ears are becoming still.

Picture the green opal gently caressing your ears,

Enhancing your ability to listen,

Receive messages from the world around you,

But most importantly to receive compliments and to allow words of love coming from people that surround you.

Now move your awareness to your chin.

Release any tension in this area.

Move your awareness to your forehead.

Relax every part of your face.

Remember that you're inviting in relaxation and rejuvenation.

Feel the soothing touch of the green opal energy as it travels through your face,

Making every feature feel lighter and more serene.

Take a moment to really feel this.

Now shift your attention to the back of your body,

Feeling it fully supported by the surface beneath you.

Focus on your entire back,

From your neck all the way to your lower back and feel how your entire being is being balanced right now.

Take a moment to enjoy the profound relaxation.

Feel it flowing in through your entire body.

You are now in perfect harmony,

Open to receive abundance and blessings from all directions.

Now bring your awareness back to your body and remember the sankalpa from the beginning of this session.

Know that your sankalpa is deeply planted in your consciousness It will work quietly in the background and manifest in your deepest desires Take a breath in and slowly breathe out and take a moment to just be aware of your breath.

Are you breathing in through your left nostril?

Maybe you're breathing in through your left or to your right.

Maybe you're breathing in through both nostrils.

Just be aware of your breath every time it enters your body and every time it leaves your body.

With every inhale allow this inner peace into your body and with every exhale release all the limiting beliefs you have.

Breathing confidence,

Confidence,

Courage and breathe out worries and now gently move your fingers and your toes and slowly slowly awaken your body.

Maybe you want to go for a full body stretch if you have the space.

Why not?

You can bring your arms all the way overhead.

Maybe bring your legs together,

Point your toes and take a full body stretch all the way from your hands to your toes You can start moving your face.

Maybe you feel like yawning.

Maybe you can move your head slowly from left to right and then slowly slowly whenever you are ready you can open your eyes.

May you carry the energy of the Green Opal with you and may you effortlessly attract abundance and always be open to receive.

You can come back to the practice anytime and I wish you a very very nice rest of your day or night
