My name is Natalie and today we will be going through a powerful meditation for the new moon in Arias.
Settle into a comfortable position and take a moment to quiet your mind.
Let go of any tension knowing that this is a time for you,
For your passions and to commit to your personal growth.
The new moon is a time of new beginnings and Arias with its fierce energy invites us to step boldly forward.
Arias is the initiator,
The warrior and the leader.
This is the perfect time to set intentions that require courage,
Action and enthusiasm.
This new moon also marks the end of Ramadan,
A period of deep spiritual growth and reflection.
As we transition,
We embrace the energy of Arias to step into the future with a renewed sense of purpose.
If you haven't done so already,
I would like to invite you to close your eyes.
Whether you're sitting or lying down.
And just be.
There's nothing for you to do.
Just be in this space,
In this moment.
And before we begin this meditation,
Take a moment to think about an intention you wish to set for yourself during this new moon.
I will be repeating five possible Sankalpas.
A Sankalpa is a positive affirmation.
I will repeat every Sankalpa twice.
And just tune in with yourself and at the end choose the Sankalpa that resonates the most with you.
Or create your own,
If none of them did.
Here we go.

Choose one Sankalpa that resonates with you and silently repeat it as we move forward.
Now let's take a moment to ground ourselves with the rotation of our body and mind.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs and belly with air.
And then exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to fully relax into this present moment.
Inhale through your nose,
Filling up your chest and belly with air.
And exhale through your mouth,
Release every tension you're holding on to.
Repeat this a few times on your own breathing pattern.
Now let's begin by bringing our attention to the top of our head.
Imagine a soft golden light radiating from the ground,
Relaxing your scalp and soothing any tension.
Feel the energy of the new moon pouring in,
Calming your mind.
Now move your focus to your forehead,
Allowing any wrinkles or tension to soften.
Gently release any tension in your eyes,
Letting them feel light and relaxed.
Feel your eyebrows smooth out,
Feel your eyelids becoming heavier with each breath.
And now bring your awareness to your face,
To your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your lips.
Release any tightness in your jaw,
Let your mouth fall open just slightly,
Allow your tongue to relax and feel your whole face softening and releasing any accumulated stress you had.
Now bring your focus to your neck,
Let go of any tightness or stiffness as you breathe deeply.
Imagine the weight of the world lifting from your shoulders.
With each breath your shoulders drop lower,
Feeling lighter and more and more relaxed.
Now move your awareness down your arms,
Let the energy of the new moon flow into your upper arms,
Relaxing your elbows and extending down to your forearms,
Your wrists and your hands.
Imagine your hands becoming open,
Receptive to the energy around you.
Relax your fingers completely.
Now bring your attention to your chest and heart space.
With each breath imagine your heart expanding gently with each inhale and releasing any tension with each exhale.
Feel the energy of areas bold and courageous,
Filling your heart with passion and strength.
Now move your awareness to your abdomen and solar plexus.
This area is the center of your personal power.
With each breath allow this area to soften and relax.
Feel any tension dissolve and replace it with a sense of grounded strength and clarity.
Now bring your awareness to your lower back.
Release any tightness here and allow the energy of the new moon to flow freely through this area.
Move your focus to your hips,
Letting go of any tension or discomfort and allowing your hips to feel open and relaxed.
Focus on your thighs and your knees.
Let go of any tension stored here.
As you breathe,
Feel your thighs becoming heavy and relaxed.
Let your knees soften,
Feeling supported by the earth below you.
Now move your awareness down to your calves,
Your ankles and your feet.
Feel the energy grounding you as your legs become completely relaxed.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Anchoring you firmly into the earth,
While simultaneously remaining open to this new moon's energy.
Now that your entire body is relaxed and grounded,
Take a deep breath and feel yourself completely in tune with the present moment.
Now imagine yourself standing in an open,
Expansive field under the glowing light of the new moon in areas.
The new moon's energy is radiant and powerful,
Casting a bold light across the landscape.
You feel this energy fill you with passion,
Courage and excitement for what lies ahead.
In front of you is a clear,
Open path.
This path represents the journey ahead,
Filled with new opportunities,
Growth and adventure.
You step forward with confidence,
Feeling the strength of areas guiding you every movement.
As you walk down this path,
Let go of any fears,
Doubts or hesitation.
Each step you take is infused with the energy of the new moon,
Helping you release old patterns and steps and helps you to come into your power.
With every stride,
Feel yourself becoming more and more aligned with your intention.
Now,
At the end of the path,
You see a beautiful fertile garden.
Here you plant a seed,
A representation of your intention for this new cycle.
As you plant it,
You commit to nurturing this intention,
Knowing that with your bold,
Focused action,
It will grow and thrive.
Feel the energy of areas supporting you,
Urging you to take courageous action.
Trust in your strengths and your ability to manifest your desires.
And now take a moment to really feel what comes up.
What messages are you receiving?
Be open.
And then gently,
Gently bring your awareness back to your body.
Bring your awareness back to the temperature in your room.
And maybe start introducing some micro-movements into your body.
Opening and closing your hands,
Moving your face from one side to another.
Try to remain with your eyes closed and then gently bring your knees into your chest and roll over to one side,
Using one of your hands as a pillow for your head.
And while you're lying there in fetus position,
Take a moment to really thank yourself for the time you've taken for this meditation.
And then gently,
Gently push yourself up into a seated meditative position.
And before we close off,
I would like to share with you three practical ways you can use this energy of this new moon in Aries in your day-to-day life.
Take bold action.
Aries is the initiator.
Use this time to take the first step toward a new goal or project.
Trust that action,
Even small,
Will build momentum.
Secondly,
Lead with confidence.
Aries energy encourages us to step into leadership.
This is a perfect time to trust your instincts and take the lead,
Whether in your personal life or in your professional journey.
And thirdly,
Embrace new beginnings.
The new moon invites us to start fresh.
Use this time to leave behind old habits and embrace new routines that align with your true desire and purpose.
Let these words sink in.
And remain with your eyes closed and silently repeat,
