Take a moment to arrive here.
Drawing your awareness to only your in-breath as you inhale.
Focusing only on the out-breath as you exhale.
Allowing this breath to anchor you into the body.
Allowing this breath to be a vehicle as you travel into the depths of yourself.
Allow this breath to be a guide back home to yourself and to your spirit self.
Take a moment now to just sense into your wholeness.
Noticing what's on the mind.
Your thoughts,
Your ideas,
Your beliefs.
Noticing what's on the heart.
Your emotions that are present.
How are you feeling?
Shifting into the physical body as you sense and feel into tension,
Discomfort,
Pleasure,
Pain.
And last,
Taking a moment to just reflect towards your inner spirit,
Your soul.
Hearing the whispers and the wisdom from that innate knowing.
Rest here now.
Allow yourself to just be.
See if you can allow yourself a little more comfort or release as you breathe deeper into that exhale.
Lengthening.
Lingering.
Softening.
Take your time to just begin to reawaken to parts of yourself that get pushed to the side or into the depths,
The shadows.
Take a moment to just witness,
To observe,
To feel,
To sense,
To honor.
And when you find yourself at that place,
Connection,
Peace,
Calm,
Center,
Stay here for a moment longer.
Feel worthy.
And as you breathe into your being,
Allow yourself to just breathe into this place within.
In the center of the belly,
Solar plexus,
Right above the navel.
Allow yourself to just see a golden light and allow that light to just flow throughout your body.
Reenergizing.
Regenerating.
Renewal to every cell,
Every organ,
Tissue,
Every fiber of you.
Allow that light to move through you.
Landing in the center of the chest.
Arriving home to yourself here.
Filling the heart with joy.
Finding gratitude for this joy that is always available to you.
Taking one last inhale in.
Embodying your light,
Your joy,
Your unique presence and power.
