Greetings and welcome to this guided meditation Refuel and Recharge,

Reclaiming Joy as Our Birthright.

Let us begin.

Sit comfortably and begin to notice your breath as you inhale and exhale.

Notice your feet firmly on the floor and continue to focus on your breath,

On your inhales and your exhales.

And now imagine a unique connection between you and the center of the earth,

A cord that connects you to the center of the earth.

And through this connection you have the ability to release and bring up energy through this cord.

And this cord that connects you to the center of the earth can connect to you in any way that resonates with you.

It can connect you to the bottom of your feet or to your root,

The base of your spine.

Beautiful.

And now I invite you to imagine releasing any energy that's not yours through your unique connection to the center of the earth.

Releasing anything that feels yucky,

Anything that doesn't feel good.

And you can imagine energy that doesn't feel good.

In any way that you imagine things that are yucky,

It could be a dark amorphous gray,

Just imagine all this energy leaving your being and your aura and going through your connection to the center of the earth where this energy will be transmuted and used again elsewhere.

And now imagine pulling up some beautiful,

Brilliant earth energy.

Imagine beautiful greens and yellows and a beautiful earth red energy just coming up from the center of the earth and filling your aura,

Your being with so much support and love from the earth,

Resourcing your being.

Beautiful.

Now imagine a magnet in front of you and in this magnet,

This magnet can absorb any energy that's not yours,

Anything that doesn't belong in your being or in your aura.

Just imagine this magnet moving up and down and all around your aura,

Outside of your aura,

Absorbing any energy that does not belong,

That is ready to be released,

That is not yours,

That feels yucky or stuck.

Beautiful.

And let that disintegrate in the earth.

And now imagine a small sun in front of you,

A brilliant,

Beautiful sun.

And in this sun,

I call on your vaster knowledge,

The part of yourself that is older than you and existed before you and will exist after you,

The part of yourself that is untouched by emotion.

I call on your vaster knowledge to recall all of your authentic energy,

Wherever it may be in the universe,

Into this small sun in front of you.

Beautiful.

Imagine all of your authentic energy,

Wherever it may be in the universe,

Going into this small sun in front of you.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

And I call on any beings,

Any angels,

Guides that have your highest and best interest at heart to fill this meditation with exactly what you need.

And now this sun in front of you cleans your authentic energy and empowers and enhances and updates your authentic energy.

And then your 100% pure,

Authentic,

Cleaned energy is now beamed from the sun in front of you into the bottom of your feet,

Up through your legs,

All the way to your crown,

To your arms,

And to your fingertips.

Fill in any gaps and spaces where energy was released before.

Beautiful.

And now call to mind anything that brings you joy,

That makes you happy.

Call to mind that feeling of joy,

Of contentment,

Of calm and relaxing,

Amazing flowing energy,

Of pure joy,

However you imagine that to be.

Call that to mind.

And I invite you to inhale and exhale all that you perceive about joy into a bubble in front of you.

And this bubble is connected to the earth through its own grounding cord.

It's outside of your aura.

And I invite you to wash over this bubble with beautiful golden sparkles from the universe,

Resourcing the bubble,

Giving the bubble love and acknowledgement.

I invite you to wash over the bubble with beautiful earth energy,

However you imagine earth energy to be.

It could be a moist soil or a healing red clay.

Washing over the bubble with so much healing and support and love,

Followed by a purifying water.

Imagine beautiful gentle rainfall falling over the bubble,

Washing away the beautiful red clay,

The earth.

Further purifying the bubble,

Followed by a gentle breeze,

The clearing properties of air.

And then imagine a safe and sacred fire,

Washing over the bubble with its electromagnetic crackling,

Transmuting energy of fire,

Clearing that which needs to be cleared.

Beautiful.

And now as you look at the bubble,

You may ask the bubble,

What does the bubble need?

What does it want?

And reassure the bubble that it will receive what it wants and what it needs from the earth and from the universe.

And you can continue to imagine just washing over this bubble with golden sparkles from the universe.

And since this bubble has its own grounding cord connected to the center of the earth,

Can you imagine beautiful earth energy coming up through this grounding cord and filling the bubble with dense love,

Resourcing the bubble with support,

Acknowledgement.

Beautiful.

And notice for yourself if the bubble has changed colors,

The density of the bubble,

If the bubble has a feeling tone.

Beautiful.

Continue to wash over the bubble with the elements of earth and water and air and fire,

Further clarifying and resourcing the bubble,

Giving it what it needs.

For it will receive what it needs from the earth and from the universe.

And as you gaze upon the bubble,

You can continue to ask what it wants and what it needs.

Does it need love,

Acknowledgement?

And reassure the bubble that it will receive what it needs from the earth and from the universe.

Beautiful.

Now imagine a brilliant,

Beautiful rainbow,

All of the different colors of the rainbow.

And you gaze upon an area of the rainbow with beautiful purples and blues.

Imagine washing over this bubble with the purples and blues of the rainbow,

Further empowering the bubble,

Resourcing it,

Clarifying it,

And allowing the bubble to release that which it is ready to release through its own grounding cord connected to the center of the earth.

Beautiful.

And whenever you are ready,

You may release this bubble to the universe and to the earth and trust that that which needs to be reintegrated into yourself,

That which you need will be reintegrated into yourself.

And that which no longer serves you in the bubble will be released into the universe.

And any unlearned lessons from this bubble will be uploaded into the library of everything that was,

That is,

And that will be to your special section in that library that you have access to.

Beautiful.

And breathe as everything that you need and everything that your vaster knowledge and your higher self knows you need from that bubble is being reintegrated into yourself.

And you can watch as you see the parts of the bubble which no longer serve you being released into the universe.

Beautiful.

And now I invite you to make a symbol.

Imagine a symbol.

It can be anything you imagine,

An inanimate object,

An animal.

Imagine a symbol for joy,

For your joy,

For joy that you have access to.

Beautiful.

Now imagine your higher self,

Your vaster knowledge,

The part of yourself that is older than you,

That existed before you,

That will exist after you,

That is beyond emotion.

Imagine that part of yourself making a symbol for your joy,

For the joy that it knows that you have within you and that you can access.

Beautiful.

And now you may compare the two symbols,

The symbol that you created versus the symbol that your higher self,

Your vaster knowledge created to stand for the joy that you have access to.

And you may choose to integrate whichever symbol resonates with you,

Whichever of the two,

Back into yourself.

Beautiful.

And now imagine a button in front of you,

And when you press this button,

Your self-concept will evolve,

Your concept of joy will evolve,

Your reality structures will evolve,

Revealing a new you.

A new you with all of the joy that you have within you and that you can access.
