In this audio, I guide you to your subconscious control room, specifically to align yourself with a healthy diet. There are 3 different versions which differ only in background sounds - chimes only/chimes+binaural beats/binaural beats only - so you can choose the one which suits you best. Welcome to this guided control room induction for the purposes of setting yourself on a path for a healthier diet.

It's important to remember that for this to work you actually have to want the change,

So it's also important before you begin to ask yourself that very often,

Do I want this change?

If your answer is a resounding yes,

Then this should work for you.

If you've never done a control room induction before or you're not too sure what it is,

Then please listen to my fully guided trance induction to control room first,

Because this audio assumes you already understand the process and what you need to do.

I will still be guiding you and supporting you through this audio,

But I won't be explaining every detail as I do in the fully guided induction mentioned already,

So do go ahead and do that one first if you're a little unsure.

Find somewhere you can sit or lie down in a comfortable position and where you won't be disturbed.

Let's begin with our declarations.

You can just follow along in your mind with what I'm saying and agree to these declarations as if you were saying them yourself.

In the next 15 to 20 minutes or so I want to access my control room through my subconscious and make any changes which mean I'll achieve a healthier diet which is just right for me.

I also make a declaration of self-care and that there is nothing I need to do other than trust the process,

But should I need to be fully conscious at any time during this process then I will wake fully alert and deal with what needs dealing with,

But for now I can just let go.

And now with your eyes open look around where you are and really notice what you notice.

Start to take it in.

I'll lead you in the lines to say and you repeat and finish them off.

Now that I'm aware that I can see.

Now that I'm aware that I can see.

Now that I'm aware that I can see.

Still with your eyes open let's see what you can hear where you are right now.

Now that I'm aware that I can hear.

And now still with your eyes open tune in to what you can feel.

Once again I'll lead you in the lines to say and you repeat and finish them off.

And now allow your eyes to close.

Fully relax your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Keeping your eyes closed in your mind's eye transport yourself to your favourite place.

Imagined or real.

Where you just love to be.

Where you feel fully relaxed and where there's no resistance.

Where even now as you imagine yourself there it's all just as you love it to be and you relax even further.

Take a few moments to fully immerse yourself in this space.

In this special place you've taken yourself to and keeping your eyes closed,

Let's run through the senses again and just notice what you notice in your special place.

I'll lead again with each line and you then repeat and finish off.

Now that I'm aware that I can see.

Now that I'm aware that I can hear.

Now that I'm aware that I can hear.

Now that I'm aware that I can hear.

Now that I'm aware that I can feel.

Now that I'm aware that I can feel.

And we'll go through once more.

You can notice new things or the same things.

It's not important.

What is important is that this is your space,

Your special place and just the noticing of what there is to notice deepens your relaxation even more.

Now that I'm aware that I can see.

Now that I'm aware that I can hear.

Now that I'm aware that I can feel.

And just enjoy a few moments relaxing in this space,

Taking in all you've noticed.

Now I want you to look around and what you notice is a door.

Perhaps it's new to you.

Perhaps you've been here before.

Perhaps you know it well.

On the door is written my control room.

Go over to the door.

Open the door and go inside.

This is your control room.

Whatever you notice here is just as it is and it may change from time to time.

Apart from the adjustments you make,

Everything is just as it needs to be.

Your control room may look like the control bridge of a large ship or a spaceship or it may be like a computer server room or an old railway signal box or something else.

It's yours and it's unique to you.

The controls may be dials or switches,

Valves or printouts,

Levers or keypads and screens.

Again,

It's just as it is and it's yours.

Allow your gaze to find the control which is labelled healthy diet and go over to that control if you are not there already.

Have a look at the control for healthy diet and notice where it is currently set.

What do you notice about where it is set?

How do you feel about where it is set?

Any feelings of judgement at all,

Just let go.

In this place,

There's no need to judge anything,

No need to judge self.

Just observe and notice what you notice.

What would you like to change about where it's currently set?

As you think about that,

Notice right next to this control is another control labelled healthy diet resistance.

This control tells you where you are subconsciously in relation to healthy diet at a deeper level than you normally are aware of.

Looking again at the healthy diet control itself,

What do you notice about where the resistance level is?

Looking again at the healthy diet control itself,

Adjust the healthy diet control to where you want it to be.

Notice if anything happens to the resistance control as you do so.

For example,

If for you healthy diet is a dial which you've turned to the right to increase it,

Did the resistance control also increase?

How does it feel to notice that?

Maybe resistance actually decreased as you increased healthy diet.

Whatever happens here,

There's no need to judge.

Just notice what you notice.

Allow things to move and behave as they do.

You may notice and realise things you never realised before as you make these adjustments.

Be kind to yourself in your noticing.

You may realise you want to come back later and do some more because it doesn't feel possible to do it all now,

And that's fine.

Again,

It's your control room,

So go ahead and make the changes you'd like to make right now and lock them in place if you'd like to.

Perhaps you want to move the healthy diet control to where you'd like it to be and then lock it in place so that you can then adjust the resistance control and lock that in place.

You'll find just what you need to lock things in place because this is your control room,

So the locking mechanisms are yours too.

Look around and you'll notice them.

They are there for you if you want or need them.

I'll give you a few moments to do all that and set the changes just as you want them and then we'll continue.

Your subconscious now knows just how to bring about the changes you want,

Which means you're ready for change and ready to make your way back through the door.

Go back through the door of your control room to the special place you took yourself to earlier.

Take a moment to notice again the things you noticed earlier,

The things you can see,

Hear and feel in this special place.

Take a few moments to enjoy noticing them again.

As you enjoy this special space of yours you become aware gradually of the space you're actually in right now.

You can dissolve through.

The special place with your eyes closed gradually gives way to the room or space you are sat or lying down in right now.

Keep your eyes closed for now.

You begin to notice again the sounds you heard before at the beginning and the things you felt.

Just relax here with your eyes closed,

Noticing once again what you notice.

Allow the special space you were in to fade away and as it does so you notice more and more the space you're in right now.

Just relax here with your eyes closed,

Noticing again what you notice.

The changes you've made will manifest in the hours,

Days or weeks to come and you can come back to your control room at any time to make further adjustments if you want.

Very soon the music,

Sounds and my voice will fade away.

You can either drift off into a lovely deep sleep if that is what you'd like or you can gradually return more and more to being fully conscious again and allow your eyes to open just when they are ready and to get on with your day.

Just love this especially setting my intention and noticing there is some resistance which I will revisit...will be interesting to see what happens 😊
