Welcome to your Releasing Phobias EFT Topping Meditation.
This meditation will help you to release however you're feeling around any phobia that you may carry.
Right now,
I want you to grade from a one through 10,
10 being the strongest,
How much your phobia or phobias are affecting you right now.
And we're going to work on just bringing that number down and bringing the energy and the charge around that phobia and any of the emotions and feelings around that phobia.
We're going to work on bringing all of that down,
That number down,
Just the energy down and to be lighter within our body and our mind.
So go ahead and get comfortable,
Just keeping whatever it is you're working through in your mind.
And we are going to tap on different parts of our body and I will direct you where to tap so you don't have to know that beforehand.
And then I'm going to say a phrase and you can either say the phrase aloud after me or you can just feel what I say,
Whatever works best for you.
So go ahead,
Get comfortable and we're going to begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
I know that sometimes I allow my phobias to hold me back but I love and accept myself anyway.
I know sometimes my phobias control my life but I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where my phobias don't control me and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Tap at your eyebrow,
All of the fear.
Now on the side of your eye,
All of the stress.
Under your eye,
All of the time spent.
Under your nose,
Allowing my phobias to control me.
Under your mouth,
Allowing my fears to control me.
Collarbone,
I want to release it.
Under your armpit,
I want to let it all go.
Top of the head,
It doesn't feel good to me anymore.
I want to release it.
I want to release it.
Top of the head,

Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I don't like how these phobias make me feel.
I don't like how these phobias make me feel.
Side eye,
I don't like that I allow my phobias to take over.
Under eye,
I want to release all of that.
Under nose,
I want to stop letting these phobias take over.
Under mouth,
I want to live my life without being in fear.
Collarbone,
I want to live my life differently.
Under your armpit,
I am no longer willing to live in this fear.
Under your armpit,
I am no longer willing to live in this fear.
Top of the head,
I accept the fear that I feel and I release it.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Which is the most important thing to me?
I want to live my life differently.
And out.

What if I didn't allow my fear to control me?
Side eye,
What if I didn't allow my thoughts to control me?
Under eye,
What if I saw things differently?
Under nose,
What if I thought of situations differently?
Under mouth,
What if I just saw things differently?
Under mouth,
What if I just let it all go?
Collarbone,
What if I allowed myself to be in control?
Under your armpit,
What if I stopped letting all of these phobias control me?
Top of the head,
What if I made a choice to live differently than I've been living?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I accept that I have phobias in my life.
Side eye,
I accept the feelings that those phobias bring up for me.
Under eye,
I accept that I have let these phobias control me.
Under nose,
But I no longer wish to do that anymore.
Under mouth,
I no longer wish to be controlled by my phobias.
Collarbone,
I know it may take some time for me.
Under your armpit,
But I want to live differently now.
Top of the head,
I no longer want these thoughts and feelings to control my life.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I no longer want to allow my thoughts to control me.
Side eye,
I no longer want to allow my fears to control me.
Under eye,
I allow myself to believe nothing has control over me.
Under nose,
I have the ultimate control.
Under mouth,
I allow myself to feel how it would feel to be free.
Collarbone,
I allow that freedom to fill my entire body.
Under your armpit,
I allow this freedom to feel so good within me.
Top of the head,
I allow myself to feel good right now.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I welcome freedom in my life.
Side eye,
Freedom from my thoughts.
Under eye,
Freedom from my fears.
Under nose,
Freedom from my phobias.
Under mouth,
I allow myself to feel free.
Collarbone,
I allow my life to look differently.
Under your armpit,
I allow my life to feel differently.
Top of the head,
I allow my phobias to be released from my mind and body,
And I fully love and accept myself.
