My name is Nina.

Today I am going to guide you through a meditation,

Peace and love.

What is love for you?

Just think for a moment.

Now think of love not as a feeling,

Not as an emotion.

Think of love as the ultimate truth of creation.

Think of love as the ultimate truth of creation.

Today we are going to find peace through love.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Become aware of your body and relax your body.

Your legs,

Your arms,

Feel your spine straight and relax your face.

Feel your breath.

Start to breathe through your heart,

The center of your soul.

Invite love into your heart.

Inhale love.

Feel love,

The power of life.

Now inhale the universal love to help and support you.

Inhale deeply and with exhale send your love to those who you love with all your heart.

Imagine how they smile back at you.

Your parents,

Your children,

Your close ones.

Invite them in.

Look at their smile.

Feel love in your heart.

Inhale love and with exhale send love and gratitude to all who shared their wisdom,

To your teachers who gave you light.

Invite them to be with you.

Inhale deeply and with exhale send love and gratitude to all who shared their wisdom,

To your teachers who gave you light.

Inhale the universal love and with exhale send love and forgiveness to those who have upset you,

Who are building obstacles,

Who are not nice to you.

Mentally repeat.

Everybody does their best at their level of awareness.

Everybody does their best at their level of awareness.

And now inhale the universal love and exhale with forgiveness to all who hurt you,

Who cause you pain in any way.

Stop hating.

Life is too short to hate.

Leave them all right now.

Feel it with your heart.

Release the pain.

Forgive it.

And forgive yourself.

Mentally repeat.

I always do my best from my level of awareness.

Forgive yourself.

And now feel the universal love with each cell of your body.

Feel the universal love with every breath of your being.

Visualize your relatives,

Your friends,

Former enemies,

And your friends.

And all other people around the world.

White,

Black,

Yellow,

Tall,

Short,

Slim,

Fat,

Curly,

Straight hair.

Just visualize all of them.

Inhale deeply.

And with exhale,

Send the prayer,

Let all people on earth be loved and love.

Be loved and love.

Be loved and love.

Look at all those people that all of them are joining hands in a circle with the impulse of love to unite in peace.

And they are all smiling.

Feel the universal love with each cell of your body.

Feel the universal love with every breath of your being.

And now bring awareness into your body.

Into your heart.

And mentally repeat.

Peace.

Harmony.

Joy.

Love.

Imagine these words entering your heart,

Falling like a pebble in water,

And sending ripples of peace.
