Welcome to your meditation.
Find yourself a quiet place to sit.
Turn off your phone and dim the lights.
Remember,
This is your time.
A time for total relaxation and inner stillness.
Sit in a comfortable position in front of your altar.
Put your intentions in your altar and pay your respects to your sacred space by any significant gesture for you.
Take a moment to make sure that you are warm enough and that you're seated in a comfortable position having your spine straight up.
Rest your hands on your lap.
Now close your eyes.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your face and put a smile on your beautiful face and open yourself to a bigger inner smile with your whole body.
Take a deep inhale.
Hold it for a moment and then slowly exhale.
Just allow any tension to melt away as you slowly become more and more relaxed with each breath you take.
Continue your long and slow breath.
Each time inhale deeply.
Hold.
Then slowly exhale and empty your lungs completely with each exhale.
Continue for a couple of more rounds.
Gradually you'll find yourself into a state of deep relaxation.
Continue to breathe slowly and gently.
Relax.
Observe your breath.
Observe your thoughts.
Let's go and just flow with the rhythm of your own breath in here and now.
Here you are back home where your heart is.
Now make yourself ready for your meditation of the day.

It is said that before entering the sea,
A river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled from the peaks of the mountains,
The long winding road crossing forests and villages,
And in front of her she sees an ocean so vast that to enter there seemed nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river cannot go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk of entering the ocean because that's where the river will know.
It's not about disappearing into the ocean but of becoming the ocean.

Know that you are safe,
You are free,
You are protected,
You are loved.
The whole existence is in you.
There is nothing to worry about,
To be afraid of.
Trust the whole universe is in you.

Open your heart to existence and know that you are safe.
You are loved.
You are the ocean.
You are the whole universe.
Breathe.
Feel the magic of your breath as you inhale.
Feel the joy,
The love,
The peace.
And as you exhale,
Just let go of whatever is no more needed.
The only reality is here and now.
And in this moment you are one with the whole.
You are not alone.
The whole existence is breathing with you,
In you.
Trust,
Surrender,
And let the universe take care of you.
Ask,
Then let go.
Trust and wait.
Enjoying each moment of your precious life.
Dive deep within the ocean of your being.
Stay there.
Feel the love,
The joy,
The freedom.
Know that you are the ocean.
The whole existence is in you.
When all your worries,
Fears,
Tensions disappear into that ocean,
You find yourself being one with the ocean itself.
You are one with the ocean.
You come in this life with nothing.
You live this life with nothing in between.
You live.
You laugh,
You cry,
You feel the joy,
You feel sad,
You experience everything.
But at the end,
When you go back to your center,
Everything is just passing by.
What it remains is only love,
Is only light.
Is the real you?
You are the ocean.
Aham Brahma,
Aham Prima,
That one I see.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am joy.
I am the whole universe.
