Hopefully by now,
You have done everything that you needed to do today and ready for rest.
If you have not done everything that you need to do today,
Pause this meditation and come back when you are ready to sleep.
Find a comfortable bed and lie down.
Allow your body to settle in whatever the position that is most comfortable.
Allow your body to sink deep onto the mattress,
Feeling the gravity supporting you.
You are safe and you are protected.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Let's take another deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Ah.
Let's take another deep breath in.
And let's breathe out,
Audible breath out.
Ah.
Allow your breath to return to normal.
And witness everything that is coming up right now.
You might be thinking about all the things that you need to do tomorrow or the things that you should have done today.
You might be facing some challenges or situations that requires more attention.
Sometimes all these things can clutter your mind and your thoughts are racing inside your head and making it very hard to rest.
We are going to quiet down some of those overthinking chatters so that you can have well-deserved rest.
You can put all your concerns aside and focus on resting so that you can start fresh tomorrow.
So imagine all your worries and concerns are playing out on the TV.
Right now it's playing out at maximum volume.
The chatter is louder.
So loud that you cannot focus on anything else including rest.
And that's okay.
All your worries and concerns,
They are not you.
Because you're only the space that is holding the space for all your emotions and thoughts and worries.
So if all your worries and concerns are just playing out on this TV imagine you have a remote control in your hand for this TV and you're able to lower the volume.
Each time we breathe out,
The volume goes down.
We're going to do this five times,
Okay?
Take a deep breath in.
And breath out,
Volume down.
Take another deep breath in.
And breath out,
Volume down.
Take a deep breath in.
And breath out,
Volume down.
Take a deep breath in.
And breath out,
Volume down.
Take a deep breath in.
And breath out.
Now this time we're going to hit the mute button.
Allow your breath to return to normal.
Feel the calmness and the quietness that surrounds you.
And allow your mind to rest.
You still have some thoughts and worries creeping up.
Imagine you're giving all those thoughts and worries and stress to the universe as you breathe out.
Imagine you're pushing those thoughts and worries out when you breathe out.
And the universe will take care of it for you so that you can rest.
Tomorrow,
You will be guided to the solution that the universe has come up with.
You don't have to fight.
There's nothing to fight for.
Everything is just love.
And you don't have to feel alone because even if you do feel you're alone,
The universe is always there loving you and supporting you so that you don't have to do it alone.
As you allow your mind to drift off to sleep,
Feel the universe holding you and gently removing all your concerns,
All your worries.
You are strong and you are enough and you have everything you need to face all your problems and situation,
Circumstances that you're dealing with right now.
So for now,
Allow yourself to sleep.
Let your mind wander into this beautiful dreamland where anything and everything is possible,
Where you are no longer shackled in limitations and restrictions and disbelief about yourself.
This is where you get to explore and express yourself fully and then whatever amazing discoveries that you find in this dreamland,
You get to bring it back tomorrow and incorporate that into your life.
Enjoy your journey to your dream and enjoy this beautiful rest.
