Healing Waters Chakra Cleanse For Healing And Energy Renewal

Welcome,

Let's get started by setting an intention for this meditation that you are ready to release any energetic blockages.

You are ready to release all that no longer serves you and any other intention that you would like to set for this meditation.

And start by just slightly deepening your breaths,

Slightly lengthening your inhales and exhales.

And we're going to take a healing journey together,

But first we're going to take a few rounds of energy cleansing breaths with inhales to the count of 5,

Then we'll hold at the top of the inhale for a count of 3,

And then a nice full exhale fully emptying the lungs for a count of 7.

You can take both the inhales and exhales through your nose if that's comfortable for you and I'll be counting for you and we're going to take 4 rounds of these breaths to help move out some old energy.

And we'll begin with an inhale filling the belly and lungs for 5,

Just breathing normally here and now it's time for us to go on a little healing journey.

So in your mind's eye I want you to envision yourself sitting on a big rock at the bottom of a waterfall.

This waterfall is filling a crystal clear natural pool of water right next to the rock you're on.

Take a moment to just visualize the water,

Maybe see yourself dipping your hand into the pool of water,

Feeling that the water is the perfect temperature,

The water being gently filtered by the rocks all around you and the waterfall above.

Just take a few breaths here with this beautiful visualization and as you sit here you hear gentle words coming from the universe letting you know that this is a healing body of water for you.

You decide to get into the water and experience its healing benefits,

Feeling that this water feels calm and comfortable and relaxing.

And as you're relaxing in this water you notice that the crystal clear water all around you begins to shift to a deep red color.

This deep red water is now cleansing any stagnant energy from your root chakra.

And as you wade in this deep red water you hear gentle words coming from the universe with a message just for you saying you are safe,

You are supported,

You are exactly where you're supposed to be.

You are safe,

You are supported,

You are exactly where you're supposed to be.

And you look around at the deep red water and see that it is now shifting into a vibrant orange color.

The water that you're in now is cleansing and bringing healing energy to your sacral chakra.

And as you wade in this vibrant orange water you hear gentle words directly for you from the universe saying you are worthy of respect from yourself and others.

You are lovable and desirable.

You are worthy of respect from yourself and others.

You see now that this orange water begins to shift in color into a beautiful yellow shade.

This now yellow water is clearing any stagnant energy from your solar plexus chakra.

Making sure to visualize yourself dipping into these yellow waters enough to cover your entire upper belly.

And as you bathe in this bright yellow water you hear a gentle voice from the universe with a message just for you.

You are aligned with your purpose.

Your soul is radiant.

Your body is strong.

Your mind is powerful.

You look around at the yellow water and see that it is now shifting to a vibrant green color.

See yourself dipping down into the water enough to cover your entire chest and upper back in this healing green water.

Cleansing the energy and bringing healing to your heart chakra.

And as you bathe in this vibrant green water you begin to hear a message from the universe special for you saying you attract healthy relationships.

You are worthy of love.

Trust yourself and love yourself for exactly who you are.

And as you look around the green water fades into a light blue water like the color of a clear morning sky.

And as you sit here soaking in this healing water you again hear the universe as it has a special message just for you.

Now this water you are soaking in begins to shift away from its light blue color and now deepens into a dark blue color like the color of a midnight sky.

This water is here to cleanse any stagnant energy from your third eye chakra.

So see yourself taking a quick dip all the way into the water so this healing energy can run across your forehead and when you come back up you hear the universe speaking directly to you letting you know that you are intuitive.

This dark blue water now fades and becomes a beautiful light purple.

You are now bathing in water filled with energy to clear your crown chakra helping you to connect with the higher power of the universe.

See yourself leaning back into this beautiful light purple water letting the water rush all around you reaching the crown of your head and as you lean back floating in the healing water you hear your final message from the universe letting you know that you are a divine being,

See yourself now slowly stepping out of the water climbing back onto your big rock feeling gratitude for all of the healing that's taken place in these sacred waters noticing that the water has shifted back to a crystal clear color and gratitude for all of the divine messages you've received today.

Take a nice deep breath in and exhale out coming back into your physical space,

Into your physical body.
