Welcome to your meditation,
Aimed to guide you through a journey where you will end up feeling lighter.
Lighter because you have released and cut ties with energies,
Thought patterns,
Habits that no longer serve you,
No longer serve you where you are right now on your journey.
This does not mean that what we are releasing was always bad or harmful at all points on our journey.
But we just consider this spiritual maintenance,
Energetic refinement.
We are cultivating the inner vibrations that serve you best right now.
So get as comfy as you like,
Lay down in bed on the floor,
Sit in a chair,
On your couch,
On a pillow,
Just adjust yourself to where you will have a mostly straight spine.
If it feels comfortable for you,
Close down the eyes and take a moment to thank yourself for taking this time to honor the light within you and to care for yourself today.
What a wonderful gift to give yourself this time.
Begin to listen to your breath.
No need to change the breath's pattern here,
Just listen.
Just observe.
Continue to observe the rise and fall of the chest and belly,
The rise of the chest as fresh air is brought in to oxygenate our bodies,
To fuel our prana,
Our life force energy through each and every inhale,
And observe how the chest and belly fall as they empty out the air that's done its job and is no longer needed through each and every exhale.
Continue to observe and sit with this thought of how we are in a constant state of renewal and release through each and every breath.
Begin to gently lengthen the inhales and lengthen the exhales,
Inviting peace and calm to our bodies while we prepare to release what no longer serves us.
Check in with your physical body one last time.
Is there any tension that you can release in your head?
Can you relax your forehead,
Your jaw?
Can you lengthen and create space in your neck and relax your shoulders?
Can you make your arms heavy and relaxed?
Can you relax your hands and fingers?
Can you release tension from your chest and your belly?
Can you allow your hips and glutes to let go and relax?
Can you release all tension in the legs and feet?
Excellent job.
I want you now in your mind's eye to visualize yourself sitting in a beautiful grassy green field.
The green goes on for miles and the temperature feels perfect on your skin.
The sky is blue and the sun is shining down on you.
Breathe in this breathtaking atmosphere.
You are so fortunate to be here on Mother Earth in this healing space within this grassy field.
Now visualizing sitting here in this field,
You look beside you and you see a blank piece of paper and a pen.
You pick up this pen and paper and hold it in your hands.
We now ask our higher self and the universe to please use this pen and paper within our visualization as a tool to access our inner wisdom.
I will ask you a few questions and when you hear the answer,
Visualize yourself writing it down on the paper.
You can trust that the answers you hear are divinely guided to you and for your highest good.

Holding the paper in your hand,
Knowing with your full heart that you are strong enough to release what no longer serves you,
Take a few more breaths here,
Still visualizing sitting in this perfectly beautiful grassy field.
And now on your own,
Take a moment to ask the universe for guidance in your life to release what no longer serves you.
Visualize yourself again in this field,
Soaking in the sun,
Holding onto your piece of paper.
You look across the field to see a small fire is lit in a perfect fire pit.
See yourself walking across the field towards the fire.
When you reach the fire and when you're ready,
Throw the paper into the fire.
As we watch the paper burn,
We ask the universe for help in taking these burdens from us and transmuting them for our highest good.
We trust that the universe will show us the next best step in our healing journey and we trust that the universe will allow us to make more room in our lives for what serves our soul best now.
See yourself returning to the center of the grassy field where you first sat with the sun still shining overhead.
Visualize yourself taking a seat again,
Feeling the soft grass underneath of you,
Feeling grateful for releasing all of those messages that came to us and we release them into the fire with gratitude and understanding.
When you hear the following mantra,
Either repeat it quietly in your mind or just listen to my voice.
When you hear the mantra,
Feel it in your heart as it is true.

Now gently bring awareness back to your physical body.
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Maybe bring gentle movement to your head.
Maybe shrug your shoulders.
And when you feel ready,
Gently blink open your eyes.
