Welcome,
Thank you for being here with me.
This meditation is aimed to empower the self-healer inside of you so that you can release fear.
Fear seems to often be a great obstacle in our spiritual journey.
Fear related to attachments,
To outcomes.
Fear related to attachments to our loved ones.
Fear related to attachments to our well-being.
When we feel threatened,
It's natural to feel fearful.
What a wonderful place we can find ourselves in when we release this fear.
Release the anxiety that comes with the unknown.
Release the expected outcomes and attachments.
You are not wrong for feeling fearful.
This is a human emotion and you are safe to acknowledge your fears.
Just find yourself on the journey of knowing that the fears no longer serve you and that you are ready to release them.
If you haven't already,
Close down the eyes,
Getting comfortable,
Slowing down the breathing a bit.
Can you release any tension in your head?
Relaxing the eyebrows,
Relaxing the cheeks,
The mouth,
The jaw.
Can you release any tension in your neck?
Can your shoulders drop and relax a bit more?
Can you release any tension in your chest,
Down your back and belly?
Are your arms completely relaxed?
Are your legs nice and relaxed?
Continue to just breathe here,
Observing the breath and the qualities of the breath.
Knowing that you are completely safe and in a healing space.
Remember that you are a powerful self-healer and you hold the tools within to release what no longer serves you.
Listen to each of the following affirmations and after you hear each affirmation,
Repeat it to yourself in your mind.
When you repeat the affirmation,
Be sure that you are saying it as it is true and you are feeling its truth in your heart.
I am safe and grounded.

Take a nice long inhale filling all the spaces in your chest and belly with fresh new air and release it out.
Come back to your physical body.
Bring in a few gentle movements and when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
