We don't go to nature.

We return to nature.

We are not going for a walk to nature.

We are not going for a hike to nature or a picnic in nature.

We return to nature to stay,

To remain,

To be in nature,

Without goal,

Without competition,

Without destiny.

The invitation is clear and is not from doctors,

Therapists,

Or a recommendation from the World Health Organization.

The invitation comes from ourselves that know where we come from and where we belong.

The call comes from our entire being that recognizes home,

Welcome,

Belonging in nature.

Just go and stay,

With an intention of openness and permission to feel whatever there is to be felt in a time-space so that the relationship with nature fertilizes and regenerates in us what there is to be regenerated,

Nourished,

Healed.

We don't even know.

We don't need to know more than this.

We don't need to try to understand illnesses or deep traumas.

We just need to go and to remain in relationship with nature totally,

Fully.

Enjoy nature as it is and with everything it offers,

Without television or cell phones,

Without games or other stimuli,

Without drugs,

Music,

Podcasts,

Books,

Even without company or anyone else,

If that is the invitation of life to you.

Go and stay.

Explore what it means to remain,

To be,

To feel nature.

Go without anything to do or achieve.

Just stay in relationship with nature as an echo and mirror of the relationship you establish with yourself and the world.

Thank you.

Enjoy your meditations and please,

It's very important,

Leave just one word of this daily pneuma,

An echo that touched you.

Please leave that word in the comments below as a reply.

Thank you.

Big hug in your heart.

See you in the next daily pneuma.
