We Are Not Alone

We are not alone.

We have a body.

We have floor.

We have movement.

We have heart.

We have openness.

We have relationship.

And from here,

We start from the relationship with ourselves,

With our thoughts,

Emotions,

Perceptions and sensations,

With whatever experience it is as it is,

With other beings,

With non-human nature,

With dimensions beyond human.

From relationship,

We explore and we expand.

We transcend and we submerge.

We breathe and we flow.

In relation,

The work of consciousness in relation,

Whether our meditation courses or practices,

Movement,

Art or dance,

Workshops,

Walks,

Circles or retreats.

In relation,

We may be alone but we are not lonely.

In fact,

We are never lonely in relation.
