So many people mistaken leadership.

They think leadership is leading people and that is not what leadership is.

Leadership is the ability to lead yourself.

Leadership is the ability to lead yourself when things are going well and when things are not going well.

Leadership is the ability for you to tune into your personal power day in and day out.

Leadership is your ability to tune into your deepest truth even when everything around you is falling apart,

When things are not going well.

That is true leadership.

It's only ever now and so your ability to tune into your power in this moment is what is going to change your life.

That means today you are putting on blinders,

You're not looking at competition,

You're not looking at your neighbor,

You're unsubscribing to voices in your arena that are getting you bogged down,

Confused,

And lost.

You are someone who has massive clarity about who you are and the only thing that is lacking is for you to plug yourself in,

Tune back in into your power,

Tune back into your leadership,

And take action from that place.

You are now taking action from a place of certainty,

From a place of boldness,

And from a place of clarity knowing that this is how you lead yourself and because you lead yourself like this,

Results must follow.

The only thing you need to do is to stay in alignment,

Stay in your power,

And take actions and make decisions from that place and see how everything in your world begins to shift.
