We're going to be doing a very quick but effective practice today.

This physiological sigh will reduce and release any stored tension that is in your body.

Closing your eyes now.

Inhaling from our nose.

And now inhaling once again twice.

Holding for a moment.

Holding for a moment.

Exhaling with pursed lips.

Inhaling from your nose.

Inhaling twice.

And now exhaling from your mouth nice and slow as though you were exhaling through a straw.

Inhaling twice.

Exhaling with pursed lips.

Inhaling from your nose.

Exhaling with pursed lips.

Inhaling twice.

Exhaling with pursed lips.

Inhaling twice.

Exhaling with pursed lips.

And now letting your breath return to normal.

Noticing how you feel and returning to this practice whenever you need it.
