Welcome to today's meditation.

Sometimes we are looking for resources outside of us,

But in fact I would like to suggest that we have all the resources that we need within.

And it's really all about connecting with ourselves and trusting that we have within us everything we need to achieve our goals,

Our projects,

Our dreams.

So this meditation will help you to connect with yourself and simply allow yourself to see,

Sense the resources that you have and that you need.

So first of all find yourself a comfortable place to sit with your legs crossed,

Your back,

Spine,

Neck and head erect.

You can place your hands upward,

Facing upward if you want to feel lifted or with your hands,

Palms facing downwards if you want to feel grounded.

And first I invite you to set an intention,

Maybe an intention to connect with yourself,

To connect with your inner self.

And as we always do with meditation we first start by observing our breath,

Our normal breathing pattern.

So for a moment simply observe as you breathe in and observe as you breathe out the rhythm of your breath.

Notice how deep or shallow is your breath.

And as always with meditation if you catch yourself engaging with a thought simply bring your attention back to whatever you were doing,

Observing your breath in this case.

I invite you to take a slightly deeper breath and allow yourself to feel in tune with the breath.

Notice the relaxation in every of your muscles as you breathe out and notice how it calms your mind as you breathe in.

You and now I invite you to repeat for yourself in your head all the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and available to me right now.

Simply repeat this mantra and feel it,

Sense it in your body as you repeat these words.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

You you you All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

All the resources that I need are within and are available to me right now.

And now,

As we are about to bring this meditation to an end,

Simply bring your attention back to your breath.

Observe your breath and take a mental note that all the resources that you need are within yourself and they are available to you whether you know them or you don't know them yet.

They are there for you,

Available,

And they will show whenever you will need them.

With that in mind,

Simply reconnect with your breath and observe your breath.

And when you are ready on your own time,

You can simply gently reopen your eyes and just look around and notice an object,

A shape or color that catches your attention.

Bring your attention fully and completely to this thing.
