You are not broken.

Even if it feels that way.

Even if nothing seems to work anymore.

Even if you have tried to fix yourself again and again and you are tired of trying.

There is nothing wrong with you.

What you are feeling is not a defect.

It is not a failure.

It is not a sign that something inside you stopped working.

It is a sign that you have been carrying more than you were meant to carry.

You learned very early to hold yourself together.

To stay functional.

To keep going even when something inside you was asking for rest.

For silence.

For truth.

So you adapted.

You became strong.

You became capable.

You became reliable.

And in doing so,

You slowly learned to ignore the parts of you that were asking to be felt.

Not fixed.

This exhaustion you feel now is not because you are weak.

It is because you have been strong for too long.

You don't need to heal yourself.

You don't need to improve yourself.

You don't need to become someone else.

You need to stop treating yourself as a problem that must be solved.

Nothing inside you is malfunctioning.

What is happening is simpler and deeper.

Something in you is ready to stop surviving.

The confusion you feel is not loss of direction.

It is the moment when old strategies no longer work and new ones have not yet revealed themselves.

That space in between feels unbearable.

So the mind calls it broken.

But it is not brokenness.
