Good morning people,
Welcome to this quick guided morning meditation.
How was your sleep?
Let's just start this day off by closing your eyes and coming into this particular space,
Right here,
Right now.
Checking in with yourself,
Just for this morning.
Allowing everything to be here,
Flowing with it all,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to achieve.
Just feeling your whole system after your night's sleep,
Imagining that you are in a stream of fresh,
Warm water.
This water is the master of flow.
It has tons of peaceful and fluid energy.
Your body sucks this water right up,
Like roots of a tree.
Allow the water's flow to go deep into your system,
Allowing all sensations to be flowing within you.
There is a tremendous amount of flow running through your veins,
Running through your heart,
Running through your spirit.
Feel this flow on this wonderful morning,
Processing any tension that you've accumulated from the night's sleep.
This is all being cleansed by the very powerful water,
Giving you tons of peaceful energy for the day.
Cleansing,
Re-energizing,
Revitalizing your whole system,
Giving up your need for control,
Giving into the inevitability of the flow.
Giving into the fluid nature of your sensations,
Whether pleasant or unpleasant.
Everything is accepted here.
Taking a big breath in to energize yourself for the day.
And breathing out,
Locking that flow state in,
Releasing any last tension,
Flowing into the day.
Then gently opening your eyes.
Congratulations on starting your day off with the art of flow.
Continue to flow into this day like water.
Allow this to become part of your morning routine if you wish.
