Welcome.
Today we are going to do a meditation for finding freedom from our fixed views.
Let us get unstuck and step through into the possibilities again.
I want you to find a comfortable place wherever that may be lying or sitting.
Take your time to ground yourself and let's start with a few deep breaths.
Inhale,
Open your mouth and exhale.
Inhale,
Open your mouth and exhale.
Let's do one more like this.
Inhale through your nose,
Open your mouth and exhale.
Finding freedom.
If we can manage to become aware of and put a stop to our fixed views of what we think we know about ourselves and the world around us,
We will realize that we are never as stuck in our life as we might think we are.
As even if we can't change our external circumstances,
We can always change our internal perspectives.
And if we can change this,
We can change everything.
Big breath in,
Open mouth and release anything that feels stuck.
Big breath in,
Open your mouth and release your focus into curiosity rather than a fixed point of view.
As we move through childhood to adulthood,
We forget the joy that lies in the simple art of playing.
When the focus is on just enjoying an experience rather than getting caught up in our results,
Maybe it's time to give ourselves permission to play again.
Big breath in,
Open your mouth,
Exhale.
Let's do another one like that.
Inhale and exhale.
Think of a time in your life when you were a child when you were really happy.
Visualize what you are doing and whom you are with.
Can you remember the time,
The environment,
The people,
The activities,
The smells,
The colors and the feelings?
And keep wandering through your memory banks to other childhood memories and make your heart jolt alive to those experiences.
How do you feel remembering these beautiful moments?
Are there any commonalities to the people or activities?
If so,
Remember that and try to bring them back into your life today.
Dancing,
Singing,
Being with a group of people.
Navigate these possibilities to free your inner child today.
Letting your inner child guide you in this way will lead you to the place where your happiness lies and where you experience pure joy again.
Inhale and exhale.
I invite you to stay here for as long as you need.
Namaste.
