Finding yourself in a comfortable position.

You could be seated or laying down.

I'm going to take you through a visualizing practice where we're going to connect to our beautiful senses and cultivate that sense of freedom,

Relinquishing to the moment,

Connecting mind,

Body and soul as one together with our breath.

Taking a moment to connect to your breath,

Breathing in that beautiful air around you in through the nose,

Mindfully releasing that breath out through the nose or out through the mouth.

Rest in here connected to your breath,

Breathing in and through your body,

Simply at one with this life force within you.

As I talk through the visualization,

I want you to connect to these words as being your own,

That you have formulated these words,

Formulated these feelings and you are the one having the experience each step of the way.

Standing at the foot of its softness,

I take a moment to breathe in the air.

The air is free,

Soft,

The light breeze kissing my cheeks,

The moment I've been waiting for,

Now within my reach.

Standing at the foot of its softness,

I take a moment to breathe in the air.

The air is free,

Soft,

Breeze gently kissing my cheeks,

The moment I've been waiting for,

Now within my reach.

Lifting my right foot,

I take a small step forward,

The change in the earth beneath me,

Soft yet coarse.

Taking another step forward,

Each footprint sinking deeper below the surface,

A slight crunch echoes with each step,

The moment I've been waiting,

Now within my grasp.

I walk further,

Further forward,

The texture below changing as I get closer,

Now firm and deft.

The ground beneath me warmly pressing between my toes.

I look forward,

Out onto the horizon,

It's vast,

Beautifully inviting.

I hold my gaze as the waves flow towards my feet.

I brace and take a breath,

Releasing as the coolness surrounds my feet,

My ankles,

And then as quick as it comes,

It goes.

Moment of freedom,

Now I continue to move forward,

This time with trepidation and a slow release of my shins and calves,

Past my knees.

With each step,

I get deeper into the cool goodness,

Past my hips,

The softness caressing my belly.

I stand for a moment to breathe in the air,

Encapsulated by the sea water ocean,

Caressing my entire inside and out.

This is what freedom feels like.

Then without a second thought,

Back onto my back,

Arms out wide,

Legs buoyant and beautifully relaxed,

My entire body,

My entire being held by this liquid beauty.

Close my eyes and smile a gentle smile.

This is freedom.

This is joy.

This is life.

This is me.
