This video introduces a simple meditation practice for beginners using the words “I AM” as a gentle anchor for the mind. Each day, we may wake up with thoughts about the past, worries about the future, unfinished conversations, or emotions that pull us away from the present moment. Through the I AM technique, the mind is invited to return to one clear point of awareness. Using the image of a blue sky and a movie theater, the video explains how thoughts can appear like scenes or chapters in a film. Some chapters may bring worry, fear, memory, or inner noise, and when we identify with them, we begin to feel as if we are inside the movie. The I AM helps create space between awareness and thought, allowing us to remember that we are the observer rather than the passing story. This gentle practice supports presence, calm, and inner steadiness. By returning to I AM throughout the day, we can begin to feel more grounded, more aware, and more connected to the quiet presence within.
