Meditation.
My name is Sylvia and I am with Paradigm by SG.
I'm so happy that you have decided to meditate with me today.
Position and gently close your eyes.
We're in this comfortable space.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Holding it in and exhale out through your mouth.
Any heavy burden,
Worry,
Anxiety.
Take another deep breath in,
Breathing in love,
Positive energy and exhaling any negative energy right now.
Take another deep breath in,
Holding it in,
Feeling it at your core and exhaling any disappointment right now.
Place both of your hands at your heart center and imagine a flame,
A pink flame forming at your heart and it's slowly expanding through your organs,
Through your bones,
Through your cells,
Your blood,
Your skin and as it travels through your body.
Notice how you're feeling.
Notice if any worry or trauma is coming up.
We ask this pink flame to burn away at any trauma that is deeply rooted in ourselves.
Any comments that others have made towards us that may not be so positive.
Self sabotage,
Low self esteem,
Body image issues.
And as this pink flame moves through ourselves,
Visualize it coming out from the bottom of your feet and going around your aura and energy field.
And as it burns away at all the negative trauma that we may have experienced or are experiencing.
It's making way for us to fill those areas,
Cultivate those areas with new seeds of love,
Self confidence,
Rejuvenation,
Accepting yourself for who you are and where you are at this moment.
And as we continue to allow this pink ray to just move through us and work through us just blazing through any negative emotions that we're holding on to deep in our gut,
Just slowly removing or healing.
Notice how you're feeling.
Notice how your body is feeling.
This is a perfect time for us to do some healing and cultivate those seeds of self love by saying some affirmations.
Say these with trust myself,
Judgment,
I'm strong,
Unstoppable force of nature.
I love myself.
I love,
Trust the journey I am on just as I am.
Thank you universe for this moment of peace,
For the love and healing.
Slowly come back into your awareness.
Gently open your eyes,
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Gently move your shoulders and your legs.
We take with us all these high vibes and love.
