Breathe in a 4-4 rhythm through the nose and out through the mouth, smooth and relaxed to create a circular flow of energy to recharge, harmonize and cultivate a sense of appreciation for the day ahead. Gently sitting down in a comfortable seated position with the spine straight.

Closing the eyes and bringing your awareness to your breath.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Following a smooth and connected rhythm.

Gently bringing your awareness to your heart center.

As you feel your lungs expand and the body relax with every breath.

I invite you to place a hand over your heart and as you take each breath think of someone or something that you're grateful for.

Bringing this moment of appreciation to your mind's eye.

As you breathe into your heart center allowing this feeling of gratitude and a deep appreciation to wash over your entire being.

With every inhale washing your entire being with a deep and growing sense of appreciation for an aspect of your life that has brought you peace,

Happiness,

Growth or empowerment along your path.

Gratitude on the inhale and exhaling a deep sense of well-being and healing energy throughout your entire body.

With each grateful breath breathing in through your heart center allowing the love to pour in.

With each revitalizing breath your aura expands overflowing and circulating abundance all around.

Allow these good feelings to infuse all of yourself filling you up.

As you keep breathing each breath infusing this gratitude to every cell of your body.

Imagine the gratitude flowing out from your heart like a liquid light filling up your entire body with healing cleansing and revitalizing energy.

And now returning back to your natural breathing rhythm feeling this new flow of energy of force circulating love and appreciation throughout your mind body and spirit.

Bringing a smile to your face as you bask in the realization for all that you have to appreciate in this beautiful life.

And I invite you to be open to the possibility to see every moment every breath as an opportunity to be grateful to appreciate to see the good to embrace life to appreciate the ups and the downs creating an ambiance of wholesome positivity and strength as you move through your day.
