Good morning and welcome to this new day.
Allow yourself to softly awaken,
Gently rising up and moving into a comfortable seated position with the spine straight.
As we start to welcome in this brand new day,
Gently connect with your breath and in turn your body.
Taking a moment to thank yourself for being here exactly as you are.
Inviting a deep breath in through your nose,
Feel your chest and belly rise and holding the breath at the top for a moment and then slowly release the air,
Exhaling deeply and fully emptying your belly.
With each exhale freeing your body of all stagnant energy built up over the night.
Now taking in another inhale,
Inviting the oxygen down deeper into the lowest lobes of your lungs and holding at the top for a moment and then slowly releasing the air through your open mouth.
Allow the breath to just fall out of the body.
Inhale belly rises,
Exhale belly falls.
As you breathe in this time,
Allow this beautiful clean and renewing oxygen to expand within your lungs and feel it flow down into your abdomen,
Relaxing all your muscles as it moves through and then consciously releasing the air through your open mouth and welcoming this new day with each connected conscious breath.
Feeling your aliveness in this moment as oxygen flows in from the base of your spine,
Moving upwards,
Massaging each vertebrae as it travels up through your shoulders and neck,
Over your head and into your brain,
Cleansing your mind and thoughts and then releasing the air,
Relaxing and softening the body with each breath.
And the next beautiful intentional breath,
Expand your belly,
Taking in your biggest and deepest breath today and then gently exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing any tension,
Concerns to do this stagnant energy,
Emptying,
Purifying,
Embracing this moment.
Now with your body light and your breath effortlessly flowing in a natural rhythm,
The heart is open.
It's now the perfect time to set your intention for today.
Allow your heart to speak its deepest desire.
How do you want to feel today?
Taking a moment to see and feel this intention in your mind's eye,

We'll now begin our intentional rhythmic breathing practice to nourish all of ourselves with life force energy and breathe life into this vision for your day.

All you have to do is relax and follow the breathing rhythm in through the nose and out of the body,

Releasing resistance and charging up all the cells with healing,

Now taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Gently pulling up on your pelvic floor muscles and draw this healing energy,
This golden light all the way up the spine through the heart as it washes into the mind cleansing,
Nourishing,
Regenerating and balancing every aspect of your being,
Holding for a moment with a smile as this healing light energy washes clean any feelings of limitation,
Doubt or fear,
Transforming it back into its original high vibrational frequency.
And then exhaling with a sigh sending these good vibrations and sensations to every cell of your body and returning back to your normal breathing rhythm.
Feeling these new vibrations moving through the body,
Allowing this healing energy to gently flow from your heart center.
Slow and deep breaths are the only medicine you need to continue to receive.
