I affirm,

In the stillness of the silence,

As though panning for gold,

I sift out pebbles of procrastination,

Rocks of regret,

Debris of doubt,

And the silt of selfishness.

Beneath the sludge of all my challenges are rich nuggets of gratitude,

Compassion,

Well-being,

And peace.

Breathing in and breathing out in this golden moment and space of peace.

I do not crumble under the weight of adversity.

My faith is untarnished.

I am malleable,

Filled with an inner divine strength that becomes resistant to stress.

I glisten with untainted love and remember my true worth as I value myself as the precious gem I am,

Reflecting my inimitable resplendence in the world.

This golden present moment enriches everything and every life I touch.

And so it is.
