Enter into a deeply peaceful, relaxing sleep with compassion, love, and acceptance. Inspired by the form of loving-kindness or metta meditation. This loving-kindness practice is designed to help you cultivate compassion for yourself and for others, enabling a deeper more restful sleep as you let go completely of your concerns and connect to the love that surrounds us all to hold and support you whilst you sleep soundly.

Welcome.
Ensure you are comfortable and well supported.
Take a long slow exhale and allow your lungs to fill easily and naturally with air.
Repeat this rhythm a few times.
See and feel yourself being bathed in gentle soothing moonlight.
Breathe in the gentle soothing moonlight and allow it to fill your body.
Breathe out loving kindness.
Breathe in the gentle soothing moonlight.
Breathe out.
As you breathe in the soothing moonlight,
Let it cleanse and fill your body.
Feel it ease away all worries,
Tension and frustration.

Resting in soothing moonlight,
Emanating loving kindness.

Thank you kindly for this metta meditation! My thoughts have been swirling in my head worrying about my eldest daughter who lives alone & is 4 months pregnant (high risk). Since retiring in 2020, I have been babysitting my youngest daughterβs two children. I need to be rested to care for them. Your calm voice put me to sleep and I woke up just before my alarm this morning! ππππππ€π€π€π€π€
