Settle into this moment.

Get comfortable and close your eyes.

Begin by breathing in and out through your nose.

Take one deep,

Cleansing breath,

Hold at the top,

And as you exhale,

Take all the time you need.

There's no rush at all.

Take another deep,

Cleansing breath,

Hold at the top,

And as you exhale,

Slowly find something to cherish about this moment,

Perhaps the vitality in your body.

Finally,

Take a third deep,

Cleansing breath,

Hold at the top,

And as you exhale through your nose,

Savoring the moment,

Allow yourself to relish the life you have.

Let your breath settle into a natural,

Casual rhythm,

Inhaling for a count of three or four and exhaling for the same count.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Feel your body's energy.

Observe the vibrant and vivid colors and textures behind your closed eyelids.

Between the something you're aware of,

There's a glimpse of nothing.

Between every where,

There is nowhere.

Dive into this nothingness,

Letting go of everything.

From this void,

You'll connect to everything and every time.

Find yourself in yesterday,

That vibrant version of you who nurtured your body and spirit,

Gave their time,

Passion,

Intention,

And awareness as a gift to you.

It's time to thank them.

Embody that aspect of yourself that opens conduits of energy linking the past,

Present,

And future.

Thank yourself and give yourself health,

Energy,

Passion,

Or simply spend a few moments with that incredible being,

Whatever you needed to invigorate your life.

In returning to the present,

To this body,

And take a moment to journal and reflect on yesterday's activities.

And now,

Set your intention for today.

What would you like to do,

Have,

Feel,

Or be today?

And close your eyes once more.

Take one deep,

Intentional breath,

Hold at the top.

As you exhale through your nose,

Taking your time,

Reconnect with that infinitely empty void within and through you.

Realities and potentials flicker in and out of your awareness.

All potentials are accessible now.

There's a potential for boundless energy where you feel your body brimming with life.

Connect to the possibility of passion,

Of excitement for life that inspires others to savor and relish every moment of precious life.

Feel the gratitude for a life of endless possibilities combined with the health and vitality to explore them Notice the feeling of vitality.

Radiate the joy and strength it brings.

Relax into this joyous flow of health and enthusiasm.

And follow the thread of possibility towards your target,

Towards your intention,

You said.

And find yourself sitting in this practice tomorrow.

You might notice yourself noticing yourself as you travel one day at a time.

Into the future.

And this is you.

This is your body,

Your breath,

Your thoughts,

Memories.

Feel the emotions of being one day ahead,

Full of life and vigor.

Explore how your health has improved,

How your energy levels have soared,

How your passion for life has intensified.

And relax into the vitality you're manifesting.

This is a good,

And worthy desire.

And before returning,

See yourself one day in the past,

Meditating,

Linked to your future self.

And give thanks to that vibrant being,

Generously gifting their time and their energy.

And now,

Come back to this time,

To this body,

This breath.
