Hello good evening welcome to the podcast how are you doing I hope you're doing so good it's a really warm beautiful evening in Australia at the moment and I'm so glad to be here and today we're going to be talking about rituals and routines because I feel like these have just made a massive difference to my life in the last couple of months when I've been really really consistent with them and I just thought I'd share that to see if it could help you guys so a little bit about me I am a scientist I'm also a clairvoyant I'm claircognizant so I have like a general knowing and the ability to so the ability to know and to smell so I forget the term for it but it's basically you you go somewhere and you can you have this ridiculous sense of smell and you can tell straight away when the energy is off or not and I also see a lot of things in my dreams I get a lot of premonitions and then they literally just happen and that's how I use I use these visions to guide my life and they've always worked really really well so yeah I'm also I've done some plant spirit healing work energy work I'm a Reiki Reiki one level trained among many other things I am also a massive enthusiast with medicinal plants and bush tucker you ask anyone I can literally walk around any neighborhood and I'll be tasting and smelling any edible plants berries fruits and identifying them and I just love love love doing that after growing up in a place that was very surrounded by amazing Aboriginal culture and being out on the land all the time and growing up on a huge block and growing a lot of fruit trees and herbs so anyways enough about that I want to talk about rituals and routines so in the last few months it's been a really consistent thing for me to get up approximately 5 a.

And do a half an hour meditation and then couple that afterwards with a workout of some sort before I start the day and this has just been absolutely life-changing because it's it's when we wake up we have so many thoughts in our head and if you're any sort of empathic or sensitive person or anyone in general really we all are so different and some people don't need meditation some people can quite happily get up go straight to work and be fine but I'm noticing with the current shift that's happened on the planet and continues to happen with the collective consciousness rising and continuing to rise that we are being faced with a lot of our traumas and these new levels of energy from these pulses of light hitting earth and coming and this is having the exact same impact on our human bodies because as you know we are all one and we have the universe inside of us so everything affects everything the law of one a really good book you should read and basically yeah so a lot of stuff can come up and we may be carrying residual energies from a bad dream maybe we had a dream that something happened to someone we know or we're in a really weird place and we wake up feeling icky or we've just got so much stuff on during that next day and it's like a stress mode straight away or so we can you know jump on social media or whatever and so by having these rituals they can really help clear your energy and set your body and brain so they know they're gonna get that comfort and ease and really set you up for the day so I'm not saying everyone should sit down and meditate in the morning some people don't have time for that and a five-minute meditation can be absolutely perfect and yeah like I know people that don't meditate at all and they're in great energy all the time but some of us do need it so there's so much free stuff out there at the moment um I just wanted to mention a really good free app with thousands upon thousands of meditations that you can access at home is called insight timer now I'm not recommending them because I'm sponsored or anything I'm literally just saying that because that's where I started with my meditation there's so much on insight timer and if you're feeling inspired you can even upload your own and become a teacher on there for free amazing and get paid for it so there's that but there's also so much on YouTube at the moment I'm really into the Joe Dispenza ones imagine a lot of you are and they just really bring me back down and I definitely feel like I need at least you know 20 minutes half an hour to really get back in my body but there's yeah you can you can listen to so many guided or without a voice just like a frequency maybe you can type in 428 Hertz or different frequencies into YouTube so yeah that's all I wanted to say and then after the meditation I do a 45 minute workout I've got a really good personal trainer at the moment who is a specialist in bringing people out of pain and into alignment using primal body movements which is what we innately did as children and as babies so movements like walking on all fours and crawling and placing the weight very evenly in the body and using the body weight instead of isolating our muscles at the gym and doing those sorts of workouts which by the way I was doing up until very recently and I'm not for or against them if this is just a new style for this time so yeah but honestly I think it takes more than 30 days to set in a pattern so I've just committed to this for three months and I think 90 days is a really really good time to commit to and it really really challenges you so 90 days I haven't done every day but I've been doing about four to five days a week and will continue to do that plus a walk in the evenings when time allows and it has just been absolutely life changing I feel like the more we can move our body the more we can shift our energy if it's feeling yucky during the day at any point so we're starting off our day in this beautiful way and then we are you know if you can end it with a walk or something as well it is amazing yeah but that's about it and also journaling and writing diary entries when I can as well so during the meditations at the end we have a visualization so just bringing that vision that you're really clear about into your head journaling about it is really really good because you can start to see what's actually blocking you and then you can get your manifestations faster that's what I've noticed if you really really want something in your life and it's not coming to you then write it out notice what comes up if it's your communication that is negative maybe you don't fully believe it maybe you've got some sort of belief that you can't have it maybe it's to do with money and journaling will really help you decipher what that is because we are all supernatural amazing human beings that are fully capable of receiving everything we desire so I highly recommend doing that as
