Hello,

Thank you for being here and taking the time out to look after yourself.

So just take your time to make yourself comfortable and lay down or find yourself in a seated position and we're just going to go through some affirmations to help you have a magical day.

So when you're ready just start coming into your body,

Feel your heart beating and slowly start to come into your breath.

Just put your hand on your heart and start listening to the breath.

Take a gentle inhale and exhale and another inhale and exhale and just start to feel the energy in your toes and just visualize the energy running all throughout your body.

We're just going to start with the affirmations now.

I remember the true essence of who I am.

I spend time creating my reality and do not get distracted.

I look after my body.

I drink water and eat fruit and vegetables every day.

My body is precious.

I look after it by moving and stretching and doing any form of exercise that I like.

I am careful with my words and only speak my truth.

I make decisions that my future self will thank me for.

How I respond or react in every moment creates my destiny.

I have deep gratitude for my journey.

I surrender to the present moment and fully accept where I am in my journey.

I know that it is okay to feel my full spectrum of emotions.

They come and go like the waves in the ocean and now just fully relax into your body and surrender into the present moment.

Slowly come back to the breath.

If you have thoughts coming and going in your mind know that that is totally normal and just envision them coming and going like clouds in the sky.

Now we're going to take a moment to visualize what we truly truly desire in our lives.

Know that it is okay if you don't have a vision at this point in time and you just are being here.

That is totally okay.

If a vision comes to your mind I want you to feel the emotion that is connected with the vision.

Feel how good it would be to live in that lifestyle.

To be that person you've always wanted to be.

How happy you would be.

Do you feel joy,

Love,

Peace,

Abundance and just really feel that emotion.

And now you can say an affirmation to help your vision with source and to fully bring it to true manifestation.

Dear source I am aligning my dream with yours.

Let my voice be a vessel for your expansion.

I am here in service.

And then let it go.

Let any attachments to that vision go just like a bird in the sky.

And know that by wanting something so badly you actually pull it further away from you.

By focusing on the work behind the vision and letting go of attachments,

Source will manifest this vision in an extremely powerful way that is very unexpected.

And have patience.

This could manifest at any time in your life.
